Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairbanks

My stay was excellent! The place was lovely. There were plenty of hangers and plenty of linens. Having a washer/dryer accessible was very handy! As of my stay, there wasn’t a hair dryer, so keep that in mind when packing! (It wasn’t noted that there is one, just an extra heads up because I forgot to check!)

Nice place, close to many restaurants and shopping. We were happy with our stay, it worked great for us.

This penthouse is absolutely beautiful and it is located right in the heart of Fairbanks, AK! It truly gives that special experience you want to have on a vacation. It doesn't matter if you've already been to Fairbanks once or a hundred times, this is a beautiful place to be. I stayed for a week and I had everything I could have wished for at home. The entrance is private, safe and secure. There's so many wonderful things to say about the area and all the places to see and enjoy! This penthouse airbnb and it's location downtown is definitely top-tier! Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay on our weekend trip to Fairbanks. We came to see the ice sculptures, this apartment was very centrally located and close to everything that we needed (restaurants, stores, activities, etc.) The host provided very clear instructions on how to get to the Airbnb (don’t rely on Maps app, just follow her instructions and it’s easy to find). It was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Fairbanks!

The unit was perfect for two people very clean lots of towels pillows even extra water bottles . Other reviews noted upstairs noise , it really was minimal and hardly noticeable , parking was great , close to back gate of Fort Wainwright . If I had any negative it would be the sofa it wasn’t the most comfortable but nothing extra pillows couldn’t fix . Bed was super comfy . Neighbors do have a dog but I’m an animal Lover and the dog only barks when you come and go by their door , it wasn’t an issue at all no night barking and I appreciate the warning if someone is around . Coffee hut is close by and downtown area airport stores etc are a fifteen minute drive ,roads were plowed well maintained . This was well priced and perfect clean safe home base for our stay would definately re-book.

We had an awesome stay. Loved the house and the location. It was so quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed and was very cozy and very clean. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times. We felt very at home and I would definitely book this place again. We didn't see any wildlife but we did see the Northern Lights!

We stayed here for four days to start off our Alaska vacation. It was in a very convenient location and the place was very nice! The beds were very comfy and we really enjoyed the space. Vicky was very responsive and proactive throughout our stay, we had no complaints!

I really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell the hosts are experienced and care for the place. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Nice decor and full length dressing mirror was appreciated. I loved the sunny balcony in the mornings, the whole upstairs is very bright and sunny. Covered parking was nice, and the garbage can was big enough that I didn't have to worry about it even though I was there for 3weeks. Bring your own sheets if you don't like polyester bedding.

We’re in fairbanks regularly and would absolutely rent this place again! It’s a newer build - easy to find and very clean. The kitchen was really well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Great backyard. Walking distance to lat65 and the chowder house - both are musts.

This was my second stay at the Aurora Hilltop Retreat and it was just as great as last time. Beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The king bed is amazingly comfortable and the kitchen has enough pots, pans etc to cook meals with ease. The pellet stove keeps the place so cozy and the hot tub outside the back door is toasty hot. If their place is available, I'd say snag it! The drive from Fairbanks is easy but you'll feel worlds away from town on this hilltop.

There were 3 adult couples and the house worked out great. We each had our own floor and there was plenty of space. The hot tub was great and we very much enjoyed using the coffee station as people got up in the morning. Daria was very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend her property.

Very clean and comfy home and a great fenced backyard for the fur babies. Everything was perfect, we absolutely loved our stay!

The home was beautiful and a great layout, I loved how it felt remote but easy and quick drive to the main part of Fairbanks!
