Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fairbanks

Beautiful spot on a small lake! Tucked away and yet close to many things in Fairbanks. Clean and spacious. Nice to hang out in the backyard :)

Stayed here March 2025 with my parents and Anna’s place was the perfect location for our needs! It was easy to get to, close to town but also far away enough to see the northern lights right from the driveway! Saw them almost every night of our stay with one strong show that was truly magnificent. Anna’s hospitality was also on point. After a long day of travel, arrived to find snacks waiting and other super nice amenities that added just that extra touch. And her response time to messages was superb. I do want to mention though, the faucet water smelled and tasted a bit like metal. It wasn’t discolored or anything so felt safe enough and I also read somewhere that that is a common issue in that area. We just bought some jugs of water from the store around the corner for drinking which was no big deal. Would definitely stay at this location again-especially when trying to comfortably chase the auroras! :)

I had a short 1 day stay with Michael, still he was very responsive and also provided for an early check in. Location of the place worked well for my travel plans and it was clean and well organized! Thanks Michael for the great experience.

Laura was very friendly and offered to help with bags she’s super nice and WELCOMING and made sure we were safe with the cold temperatures loved the place it was a perfect little getaway space perfect for a couple of just one ! She even had oil and spices for cooking and other complementary things as well I had an amazing time !

We had a great time and loved the space. We saw a moose nearly every day just a few hundred yards west of the property.

We only had a short visit to Brittany’s place (two nights) but it was a perfect setting and just what we needed to relax. Very comfortable accommodation, great amenities and a lovely garden. Would love to visit again to see the Aurora.

It was a great budget friendly place to stay in fairbsnks for a night with our pup. The house was about what we expected. You can tell the owners care about their guests and it’s decorated tastefully. Hard to find dog friendly bnbs.

This BnB is in a beautiful location on the Chena River and the rooms and amenities were very comfortable.

Excellent location to relax after a long day of exploring Alaska! The views are breathtaking and an extraordinary way to start and end your day. My morning coffee isn’t the same without the view of the river and mountains! The short drive to town makes it convenient for shopping or enjoying all that Fairbanks has to offer including Lulu’s bread and bagels, museum of the north, and the Tanana Valley Farmers market. We also enjoyed being able to use the gas grill and having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The open living space surrounded by windows allowed us to enjoy the view from almost anywhere, while the longer Alaskan days helped increase the viewing time. Excellent home, great location, astounding views, hope to return!!!

Jeremy and Jess's place was great. When we first arrived, I thought we were too far from down town, but soon realized the stores we needed were only 5 minutes driving distance away. The Creamery Field is right across the street, and I walked it and the adjoining trails every day we were there. The first day there, I saw an amazing amount of migratory birds in the field. I would recommend doing the trails around the Creamery and connecting trails around Fairbanks. Jeremy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing I would recommend for a better stay, is blinds or black out curtains on all windows. Neighbors seemed nice enough, but I like to pull shades for privacy. I improvised with sheets. I will try and book this again on our next visit. Great space.

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.

Very homey. Host always responded promptly. Beds are very comfortable and the house is broken up nicely so we all felt like we had our own private space. Kitchen was well appointed and laundry facilities were fantastic! 100% would rent again.

Peaceful and secluded area with only a 15 minute drive from Fairbanks. Clean home and as pictured and described.

Warm hospitality, very pleasant space in a beautiful setting. Definitely recommend staying there if you have a car. We loved it and would stay again! Great hosts!

We had such a great stay. We travel a lot for hockey trips and have lots of kids. It is very hard to find a nice place our kids can play at. They had games outside, trails to walk behind the house and a nice little fire pit. We were able to have cousins over and play basketball, have a fire and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful place to stay!

This place and these hosts are truly special. They are the example for how an Airbnb should be appointed and managed. They are a great communicators, extremely nice, and the place is really beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. 100% recommend.
