Cozy and Convenient

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
One of the best places ever. Plenty to do in the area. Free buses if over 65. Or $3. Went to Museum of the North, Antique Car Museum, Morris Thompson Cultural Centre and more. Pioneer Park was 200m and included a huge old paddlewheeler, a plane museum and a great nightly live theatre show. Empanada House is next door but only open Thursday to Saturday and very popular. A river walk goes from behind the building and a Cinema is just 300m away. We had Youtube to watch any shows we wanted plus access to Prime Video. Washer plus dryer was great, as was central heating. You won't be disappointed.

Entire 2BR 1Bath Apt The Downtown Deneege “Moose”

AndreaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at Danielle's place. It was a perfect location for walking to Pioneer Park and downtown. Danielle was super helpful answering questions and making great recommendations. She also has a book loaded with great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The coffee and snacks in the kitchen were an added treat, and her bath towels were SO sift! Danielle's place is where you want to stay when visiting Fairbanks! Thank you, Danielle for a wonderful stay.

Kaylee was very responsive and quite gracious to extend our stay. Her kitchen was well-equipped and having a washer and dryer in the airbnb was phenomenal! The furnishings inside the apartment were restful and practical.

Lovely apartment with full amenities.

ChristyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The unit was perfect for two people very clean lots of towels pillows even extra water bottles . Other reviews noted upstairs noise , it really was minimal and hardly noticeable , parking was great , close to back gate of Fort Wainwright . If I had any negative it would be the sofa it wasn’t the most comfortable but nothing extra pillows couldn’t fix . Bed was super comfy . Neighbors do have a dog but I’m an animal Lover and the dog only barks when you come and go by their door , it wasn’t an issue at all no night barking and I appreciate the warning if someone is around . Coffee hut is close by and downtown area airport stores etc are a fifteen minute drive ,roads were plowed well maintained . This was well priced and perfect clean safe home base for our stay would definately re-book.

Unit A: Cozy Efficiency Home

KayRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My stay could not have been better! The place was cozy, cheerful, bright, and peaceful! It had everything I needed, including a private washer and dryer. My stay was 5.5 weeks long, so that was much appreciated! . The kitchen area was great. There were plenty of supplies to keep the place nice and clean while I was there. There were also plenty of bed and bath linens. Maddie was so thoughtful! She provided a bottle of wine, a few cold water bottles in the fridge, and a nice assortment of snacks. All communication with Maddie was easy. She was friendly and helpful. I recommend this lovely place very highly! I hated to leave! I will definitely be wanting to stay there again on the future!

Cozy Little Dipper

SharonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This cozy home was a perfect home away from home with plenty of cozy spots for socializing and also napping between all the outdoor activities nearby. We found all the supplies we needed for cooking, enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, and the heat in the floors worked wonders. We loved our stay.

Aurora Hilltop Retreat: secluded home in forest

LizRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was my second stay at the Aurora Hilltop Retreat and it was just as great as last time. Beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The king bed is amazingly comfortable and the kitchen has enough pots, pans etc to cook meals with ease. The pellet stove keeps the place so cozy and the hot tub outside the back door is toasty hot. If their place is available, I'd say snag it! The drive from Fairbanks is easy but you'll feel worlds away from town on this hilltop.

Small Haven

ChristinaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Paige’s place is super cute! It was the perfect size for my dad, my husband and I when we were passing through on a motorcycle trip. Everything you could need is supplied and there are even snacks in the cupboard and coffee from North Pole. We took a walk around the neighborhood; it’s very peaceful. Great restaurants nearby. We ate at Big Daddy’s BBQ and it was really good!

chenas aurora view lodge.

KeaganRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed here with my father during the Spring Equinox to view the northern lights, and it was an excellent choice. I doubt we could have found much better even if we paid significantly more. The AirBnB is about 30–40 minutes from Fairbanks on the road to Chena Hot Springs, with low light pollution and easy access to some of the best aurora viewing spots. While trees partially obstruct the view from the backyard platform, it didn’t matter much on active nights, when the aurora danced brightly right overhead in stunning displays. Just 20 minutes further towards the Springs is Granite Tors Trail, with even less obstruction and light in the parking area, and 10 minutes beyond that is Angel Rocks—if you’re up for a hike and want to see the Aurora in the mountains. Bring ice spikes and food/water. ~1 hour to get amazing views. The Chena Hot Springs resort is also nearby, though it has more light pollution despite its favorable microclimate. Very glad I stayed here instead of the resort.
