If you love the mountains and nature, Siegi's vacation cottage is the place to be. The hut is located in the center of a small mountain village at 1350 m, and is the ideal starting point for hiking, excursions or in winter for skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace with a good book. Hike to crystal-clear mountain lakes and enjoy the sunset on the veranda of our cabin.

6 ski resorts right in the area. The ski bus to the Kaunertal Glacier is free. The stop is in front of the house. In summer, the hiking bus connection is very advantageous. For shopping you need your car. Parking for each apartment is available free of charge. One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, living room with sofa bed and fireplace with glass window. Kitchen line with Nespresso capsule machine.

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

Had an all-around wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – we didn't miss anything at all. Particularly pleasant: the existing Nespresso capsule machine, which has made the start of the day even more beautiful. The location is simply fantastic – the view of Ladis and the surrounding mountains is unique. You can really forget the clock when you sit on the terrace and enjoy this panorama – just beautiful! The proximity to the gondola station was also ideal for us as skiers. The footpath is short and uncomplicated, and the best part: on site we were able to deposit our ski equipment and move right there – super practical and stress-free. All in all: a great place to stay with a great host. We will be happy to come back!

very nice stay! Everything was very clean and it felt very homely. everything you need was present. it is really the cleanest airbnb we have had so far. we would definitely recommend this. host is super nice and came to meet on the arrival day, very attentive :)

The surroundings are spectacular with across the street groceries and close skiing. The highway noise was a bit more than we expected but tolerable because the river is nice and the balcony views are amazing! The place can sleep/eat four but the couch can only seat one. Overall wonderful stay! Hope to return someday! Also, the coffee maker requires specific cups not provided.
