E' costituita da unico locale (oltre al bagno con finestra) con angolo cottura e soppalco a cui si accede con scala a tre gradini sul quale è posto un letto matrimoniale. Su richiesta, possibilità di usufruire della poltrona-letto singola per terzo ospite. Posizione centrale a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della città.
