Located on an ocean access canal, extremely safe, quaint and friendly neighborhood, just off 41. The backyard has a large shaded sitting area with a gas grill and fire pit. The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.

The Little Chill Spot

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway tucked away on the water withing walking distance to downtown bonita. This 1947 home has been completely updated throughout, leaving touches of the original home where we could. It sits on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, old well, tropical plants, a fire pit and the original stairs leading down to the waters edge. A charcoal grill, bikes, a canoe, and paddle boards are also on premises for your use at bo additional charge!

Our charming canal cottage is located in a peaceful neighborhood with gulf-access. ONLY a 5-minute bike ride to Barefoot beach & Vanderbilt beach. A short walk to over a dozen local restaurants! Prime location West of US-41, close to casual & fine dining & easy access to RSW Airport, the Promenade, Mercato & Waterside Shops. This home is renovated with a modern open-concept living space with a screened lanai. This home has a doc and is 15 minute access to the gulf with no bridges.

Relax at the solar heated pool and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful, and peaceful 0.6 acres of land with a natural pond where different types of birds like egrets, herons, and ducks can be seen. Close to shopping, dining and just 7.5 mi to Bonita Beach Park. If you play Golf, The Bonita Fairways Public Golf Club is 2.8 mi. Or buy a day pass at the Hyatt Regency and spend the day at the lazy river and waterslides. The backyard is all fenced in, ideal to let your dog run.

This home is a beautiful relaxing piece of paradise on a fresh water canal full of wild life. We have a refreshing saltwater pool that is heated in the winter, the pool overlooks the canal and the dock. The dock give’s a beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets just sit back in the relaxing chairs and enjoy. The theme to the inside of this vacation in paradise is very beachy. You will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you walk in the doors.
