Clean studio unit with bathroom and living room

Enjoy a cozy stay in our studio. We're centrally-located in the heart of Fort Myers, with the interstate, RSW airport and Gulf Coast Town Center shops right around the corner. The beach is only a 25 minute drive, 10 minutes to the outlets, and 25 minutes to downtown. It's nice and quiet inside, with a place to work, relax to some TV, and has a comfortable queen size bed and a futon for an extra person. We have a full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, towels and plates to enjoy a meal.

Very responsive host which I always appreciate. The place was clean upon arrival and easy to get into. Perfect location - right between FMB, Cape Coral and Sanibel. The pool was clean and peaceful as well. I liked that they set you up with basic things such as towels, linens, paper towels, trash bags, bar soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Loved our stay, wish it was longer. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking implements and small appliances. All large appliances were clean, spacious and new! The community was very quiet, just what we needed to recharge. Loved that the pool was a short walk from the condo. Jose was proactive , friendly and very responsive and timely with our questions from start to finish! We felt right at home!

Pictures were "right on". Very clean, well furnished cottage. Easy communication and easy check-in and check-out. Brody was available whenever needed. 2 main streaming hubs were SLING and YouTube. I felt at home and will, gladly, rent from you again! Take Care!!!!

We definitely feel we found a hidden gem in Fort Myers, San Carlos is a perfect location for being nearby key locations but also staying clear of overcrowded places. Traffic was never an issue for us and the neighborhood itself is stunning. No laundry facilities but the nearest laundromat sufficed! The kitchen is more than equipped to make most basic meals. The entire unit was very clean and it’s a very pleasant space to occupy. Be sure to ask for extra towels and linens if you’ve got a longer stay. We ended up needing to wash the towels and bedding because of sand, which, we probably could have asked for more of those items during the stay but I hate to be inconvenient for the hosts as they were already incredibly nice and flexible for us. Most importantly and overall, the host’s hospitality, everything the hosts provide, the home itself, the location and THE PRICE made it beyond perfect for the two of us!!

We had a great stay at Leonie’s home. It is beautifully renovated, spotless and looks exactly like the photos. It was perfect for our stay while moving our daughter at FCGU. We had fun playing pool in the evening in the garage turned into an entertainment area. Everything about the home was perfect. Only issue is the surrounding neighborhood is neglected and nowhere near as nice as Leonie’s home. Nevertheless it was quiet and we felt safe staying there with our kids.
