Beautiful condo in a very quiet neighborhood. Just as described, close to beaches and tons of restaurants, overall great location and great experience staying there. 10/10

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was accurately depicted in the photos displayed. Everything you needed to feel at home was at your fingertips, including coffee! Our favorite was the backyard space. Ample room to sit back and relax and a wonderful pool that had a large area for small kids to splish and splash. Amy was attentive and responded to our messages right away, and even offered some great ideas of things to do. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

we had a wonderful stay! relaxing outside by pool on the new lounge chairs and cozy cage lights at night. the home is spacious and Very Clean with a beautiful kitchen that is well stocked with every day items. Steve is a Fantastic Host!! We Highly Recommend

Ricardo’s place in Cape Coral is amazing. You feel right at home. The house was so clean and smelled great upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. He even has a box fan in the master bedroom closet! The private screened in pool, grill, and the Sun loungers were the best part of the place. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw a burrowing owl on the top of the screen on our first night! The neighbors are very friendly too! I would recommend that you stay here. It’s amazing for a great deal too compared to others in the area. Very close to fort myers, sanibel island, and lovers key beach as well. There is also beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which came in handy for the UV 11!! Along with sandcastle supplies as well! If you stay here i recommend you dine at the Mastello Ristorante and Steakhouse!! Only 10 minutes away with out of this world service and food. There were 8 of us for our annual family vacation. (ages from 70 to 16) This home was excellant with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This home was spacious with 5 bedrooms and bonus spaces where you could enjoy get away from the group if needed some private time. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, tropical landscaping with great views of bay. Located on dead end street and walking distance to beach. The screened in pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Huge, clean and fun location. We ran out of time and wish we had time to use the beach chairs and umbrellas, bbq and Foozball but the place was big enough to have several couples in the four bedrooms. Restaurants were less than a mile’s walk. Met the hosts personally and a pleasure.

This was our favorite Airbnb yet. The house and grounds were beautiful. There was something for everyone from 2 years old to 72. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Romy was proactive and checked on us but the setup was so well executed we wanted for nothing. We saw iguanas, owls, and bunnies. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool area had space for all. We will be back!

We loved our stay. The location is great. Close enough if you want to get to the bustle of the main”beach” area but further south if you want to easily walk to a quiet gorgeous beach. The beach is walkable. .4 miles as listed. There is a beautiful lagoon behind with many dolphins playing in it during our stay. We also took out kayaks and they swam right by our boat! Publix is 1.2 miles away so very convenient. A few good restaurants very close by. Comfortable beds. Kitchen could be a bit more stocked. Overall excellent stay.

We booked a couples getaway and this Airbnb was perfect!! Kelley was super responsive and flexible with the check in time. The amenties in the house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed....coffee machine, plates/utencils, even and air fryer! The beach was a 5 minute walk (loved that chairs, umbrell and a wagon were provided as well!) and a 15 minute walk to the Times Square area. The interior design of the home was amazing and the details really made it a trip to remember.

Everything we could have hoped for close proximity to airport and beaches plus heated pool and hot tub they added a surprise pool table that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived in the area a little earlier than expected and Christina worked with us to get us in early. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone.

If you are looking for a Maldives trip in Florida, then book here! We had a flight delay and missed our ferry and Joe was proactive helping us book a captain to transport us to the home after hours. Not only is the place EXACTLY like the pictures you could not find more serene surroundings to drink your morning coffee and watch gorgeous sunsets on the deck with your family. Cooking at the house takes so much pressure with traveling with the toddler even though we booked Bo the private chef for the evening. Loved driving around the golf cart and now our almost two year old’s new word she learned, turtle after one she saw exploring. We saw dolphins as captain chris drove us back to the dock to go home, the worst part was having to GO HOME! 10/10 recommend. Book with Joe!

I booked this home to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was amazing. Private house with an enclosed pool. My wife did not want to get out of the pool. The house was immaculate and everything was handy and accessible. Will definitely look into staying here again if and when we travel to Cape Coral again.

Great location, 10-15min to the beach and great neighborhood! House is very clean, the amenities are excellent, we spent all the time from the beach to the pool to the beach and back. We felt right at home! Great find, Dave was very communicative and friendly, thanks again for hosting us!

This is 3 year renting from Keith. 2nd year renting in this house we love the location we love the home. It is exactly how the pictures describe the home, its a 5 min drive to the beach. And we cant wait to go back next summer.

I definitely will come back again. I frequently travel to the Fort Myers area for work and this place was exactly what I needed after a long day. The pool was my favorite place. 15 minutes ride to the beach. Totally recommend

This place was beautiful . The house was clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom offered a luxury feel. The back deck was great to relax on . The drive to the beach is just a few minutes and there is beach gear at the house which makes it super convenient and enjoyable for the beach. Overall loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
