Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Essex

Rukayat was super responsive and very helpful when checking in. The place is free of clutter, and was very clean. It’s easily within walking distance of Canning Town Station which is super convenient. Could maybe do with the addition of a tea towel to dry plates and cups used, and the arm of the sofa was a bit broken, but considering the price, the convenience, and having all other amenities we needed, we really can’t complain. Thank you for having us, we will probably be back soon!

Lovely stay! A lot of private space with all the necessary facilities. Beware to bring a European-English power converter, but for the rest amazing apartment even with a very cozy balcony outside! Public transport is very close and communication was perfect!

Stefanos is an amazing host, one of the best I’ve come across on Airbnb. His place is beautiful and I felt really looked after. I’ll definitely be rebooking if I’m nearby in the future.

This was a great place to stay! We had everything we needed amenity-wise and check in was so smooth. The host was incredibly helpful, even coming to the property when we had an issue with the key one evening. So worth the money, would definitely recommend this place!!

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

We spent almost a month at Fiyin’s place and it had all the amenities you’d need for a long term stay. It was comfortable and located just 5 min walk from the tube/overground so handy to get into central London. Fiyin was friendly and communicative and a great host!

Fantastic stay! Hugh was very friendly and responsive and the best a host could be. He took my concerns seriously and was very nice. Perfect host! The place was neat, had everything we needed (wifi, a washing machine, the shower was perfect pressure!). Super easy to get in (Hugh left great instructions and maps) and the location had a lot of convenient spots (such as a Sainsburies, Iceland, a very cute sunflower cafe! And two tube stations either side) I definitely recommend using the suffragette line over the central to get there. The only downside is the neighbour we had- as he was loud at early hours. Of course you can't choose the neighbours you get but If staying here I reccomend staying with one or two friends/family members. Other than that neighbour, the area was relatively quiet and had plenty of take out options for when you're tired after a long day Thank you Hugh!

We had a very nice stay at Lucas's house. The house is clean and very comfortable.

Vlad was very quick at replying to my queries and was very accommodating when asking to check in early. The house was spotless and very roomy, exactly how is shown on the listing! Would recommend to anyone visiting London.

We had a wonderful stay! Jaqua was a fantastic host – very welcoming and quick to respond. The property itself is lovely and very spacious. The new outdoor marquee was perfect for our hen do with 18 guests, easily accommodating our meals, games, and drinks. The house is also excellent, with comfortable beds, a lovely living room and conservatory, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay in Southend – truly one of the best family holidays we've had in a long time! The home was absolutely stunning, with high-end décor that made it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was beautifully thought out, and we felt right at home the moment we stepped through the door. A special touch was the lovely welcome basket, which made us feel so appreciated and added a warm, personal start to our stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which my kids absolutely loved! We spent our days building sandcastles, playing in the waves, and enjoying the seaside charm. It was the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and spend some real quality time together as a family. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing yet special getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay for a conference at ExCeL! The location was convenient—about 10 10-minute walk to the venue. The flat was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive. The immediate area doesn’t have many restaurants or cafés, but it’s just a few DLR stops away from livelier spots with plenty of dining options.

Lora's house was a great accommodation for my friends and I to stay in whilst visiting London for Comic Con! The bedrooms were a good size, perfect for eight people to share; with a well-stocked kitchen, ready to make hot drinks and cook in the evening. The short distance from Leyton Station made it easy to travel around the city, as well as visit any restaurants or cafes on the main road.

Very amazing place. Made our trip perfect. I can't just talk like a chat. 1. Location The first place on my long trip was in the heart of London. When this was London, I found another London in the second home. I thought it was all about London's wonderful old-fashioned buildings, but I could see the future of London's new, new skyscrapers and modern buildings. The very beautiful view of London from the high floor and the twinkling lights at night are very romantic And, the train is just 1 minute away, so you can go to the center of the city in 15 to 20 minutes. Also, there is a grocery store on the first floor, so you can shop very conveniently. 2. Inside The interior is really spacious, relaxing, and has everything. It has a very comfortable and comfortable bed, a spacious and clean bathroom with a bathtub, a microwave air fryer, and a dish dryer, and all the condiments and even delicious cocoa. It was stable and very convenient, and it increased the satisfaction of the trip. Above all, the host is the best. When I had a little problem, he handled things so reliably. I am a skilled and peaceful assistant. This place was a great trip to make my trip enjoyable. I was able to understand London widely at Canary Wharf, which is close to 2 stops.

Tokunboh’s place is very lovely with complete amenities. I love the peaceful ambience of the house. TV is great! The only thing I might advice Tokunboh for improvement is maybe to do some small refurbishment of the furnitures at the kitchen. Also, there is some little leftovers foods by previous guest which is already expired, which may be miss-checked by Tokunboh. Everything else is just awesome. Communication with Tokunboh to find parking is also very helpful and fast. Love the place!

Ira’s place is lovely, beautifully furnished and as seen in the photos. The location is easy to get to with good transport links. The key was slightly difficult to find but once I located the lockbox was smooth sailing. Great deal in a beautiful flat, would definitely come back again

First time in London and we picked the perfect place. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. Slight hiccup on getting the keys but Raphael answered immediately and it was remedied within minutes. Could not have asked for a better host. Next time we come back we will look him up. Really nice place and responsive host Slightly difficult to locate how to check in (self check in) but host is responsive and will video call to help you through the process
