My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

Such a lovely place to stay. Warm and cozy in beautiful surroundings, Susy is an amazing host with a great personality and nothing was a problem for her ..Can't fault the place or the host . Perfect ! 10 ⭐️

I loved this Airbnb and both hosts were really friendly and nice to chat to. I’m a big dog fan so loved the greeting I got whenever I came through. The bed was extremely comfy and I no longer like my own bed due to this so that’s the only downfall. Great stay and I’d recommend to anyone.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

it was the best experience i had with airbnb i wish all of the bnbss were like this and andrew was so friendly and helpful he gave us snaks and warm handshakes so will be defo coming back

Lovely little annexe, absolutely perfect for what we wanted from a nights stay! The hosts were great answering questions, giving us all the necessary information and even providing extra filtered water for us to make our babies bottles. Plus the little breakfast selection was a lovely, unexpected added bonus! Would absolutely stay again if we're back in the area :)

What a gem! Perfect little bolt hole for a fabulous stay, had everything we needed upon arrival. Super easy check in and clear instructions to find it with easy parking. Charming, quirky and very comfortable. So so peaceful and very private. Few minutes walk to the village pub right on the river. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Excellent hosts and a magical find tucked away in the Suffolk countryside.

Had another great stay at Jules & Greg's Secret Hideaway, place spotless & some new decor this time. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the summer too. They are great hosts & so friendly, including Bear! Thank you for having us once again.

Loved our stay here, the place was clean and had everything we could have needed. High street is 5 mins up the road for anything else you might fancy. Sarah provided clear instructions on how to find the location and for check in, will definitely be booking again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nook. The place had everything we needed and felt much more luxury than the local hotels. Of note was how clean it was on arrival. Alex was a great host. Would recommend!

Thanks to Ellen for hosting me. I was on a course for the 2 days but the accommodation was immaculate, very private and with off road parking. I would recommend to others and would use again should I ever be in the area. Thanks again 😁

Had a lovely weekend stay. Dogs enjoyed the biscuits, very helpful with extra towels for cleaning their feet. Loved the apartment. Reminded me of my loft at parents house. Little treats. Grapes and bread yummy. Bathroom was lovely Everything we needed including deer in field Truly enjoyed our time thank you

Ben was a proactive and friendly host from the point of booking. Prior to our arrival he sent a great lot of info on hot spots to visit and tips for the area. This was really great having not stayed locally before! The property was very modern, minimalist, clean and well equipped. It was easy to access and set in the most beautiful garden. If you are into gardening/flowers you will love this AirBnB!! We met Ben during our stay and he was extremely welcoming. A bottle of fizz was left for our arrival which was a lovely touch! The bi fold doors were perfect for this hot weather. We would 100% return and recommend this property to others looking for some peace and quiet, close to a local pub, with nice walks and nearby towns for shopping and eating!

This was an absolutely perfect location when we needed a base while my daughter was in hospital. It was an easy walk and saved trying to find space in the hospital car park. It was cosy and warm and provided a perfect haven for myself and my husband during a difficult week. Pauline kindly let my other daughter stay at short notice on the sofa bed when she unexpectedly came to join us during our stay. Thank you Pauline and I would highly recommend Dolly Cottage to anyone who needs to stay in the Colchester area.

Quiet place in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach through local gardens. Easy access to train via bus or 151-20 min walk. Everything in the place is well thought out. Top quality appliances in a small but surprisingly efficient kitchen. TV on the wall can be angled to be viewed from couch or kitchen / dining table. Lighting could be easily selected for bright or relaxed. Good natural light from skylight and window. Highly recommended!

Beautiful gardens, peace and tranquility. Lovely lodge, all you would need provided. We had a wonderful relax, good weather, so able to sit in beautiful garden.

The location of this beautiful listing is idyllic. I was only here for one evening while away for work, I was made to feel at home immediately by the farm dog (Ash). You’ll tire out far before he does while playing fetch. The peace and tranquility of the farm is so pleasant to be around. I was fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a long cycle around the county. The farm eggs were very welcomed and I purchased more to support local. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll struggle immensely to find something more beautiful and well valued. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Beautiful cabin, with luxury touches…quite possibly the nicest towels I’ve ever used and I’ve stayed in some nice places!!! Sally and Toney are lovely hosts happy to help, to have a chat or leave you to your own device’s, Bonnie and Nora are a welcome addition to the stay. Thanks for a lovely stay.
