Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Escondido

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable space. Bed was comfy and we really liked the space!

JP and Ana are responsive gracious hosts! Here for work travel and my place is exactly what I need. Close to north park, and quite at night to relax.

We loved our stay! We were provided with amenities we might need such as extra blankets, and iron, pots and pans and disposable cups. The instructions on finding the place were very clear, the space was homey and quiet.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

We had a nice, peaceful stay! We booked this Airbnb for a wedding and it was really close to the venues (Stone Brewing and Sikh Society of SD). Check-in was very easy, really appreciate the convenient code lock! We had a few cars and they were able to give us instructions for additional parking. The hosts Billy and Carrie are very responsive and easy to reach via Airbnb messages. The place is thoughtfully furnished/ designed and matches the photos. The drive up to the property just has some uneven roads which is typical of Escondido residential areas, nothing too bad. Overall, I would recommend the place and the hosts and would book again if we need to stay in the area in the future. Thank you!! :)

Came here for a family wedding and this place caught my eye mainly for the proximity, capacity, and pet accommodation. Residence Inn was our next option since all the guests were staying there and as a matter of fact, we spent much of our time there but having two bathrooms was important to us. We did have some issues but the host, Sonya, was very responsive and did her best to make things right. The house has pretty much everything that you might need so it’s perfect for light travelers. (Not us because we usually bring everything that we need with us :)). We even picked up a case of water before checking in but we were pleasantly surprised to find purified water bottles in the fridge and bu each bed, courtesy of the hosts. The house was clean and spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space but we were mostly in and out of the house. Nonetheless, it was a good place and well worth the money.

Fabulous place for 3 adults and a kid. Hot tub and garage games were fantastic.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, it was clean, easy to find/access and communication with Jenny was seamless! We have family in Escondido and it was a great place to have our own space while spending time with loved ones nearby. Highly recommend for a clean, comfortable and easy stay!

This was a great home, very clean and well equipped, super spacious for all of us that came out. Sudina was a great host, very helpful and quick to reply. We were here for a local car show and it was close and convenient for us! We are happy to have found this place and hopefully will continue to stay here in the future as we come every year

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly cute, thoughtfully decorated, and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful spot on the 6th floor of basically the only tallish building around. The views were incredible and the location was great. Nice quiet area, right on the ocean, and the sunsets were insane. Nice and clean.

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Paul is a great host. It is such a convenient location with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. There are many other nearby places from the pier to various cafes, and shops. The pool in the complex is also family friendly. The place was super safe and secure. Very clean inside. Parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. The location is 15 minutes away from Legoland. We would recommend it for others to stay.
