We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

Jimmy and hosts helped our family after air bnb cancelled a super host for compliance issues , last minute. We messaged and shared our concern about being cancelled again and they nice enough to everything they could to make sure the house was ready for the group. Upstairs is perfect for large groups, ,mainly families with kids to enjoy properly. (Carpet upstairs so its easy to have the kids and adults leave shoes at staircase) Downstairs has a great kitchen and huge dining table that we used to play family games. Outside the pool is a good size for a group and being a local family we do suggest heating the pool as the coastline can cool the pool overnight quickly, of course when its hot and summer you should be fine, but in June we found the gloom but the pool was heated and the kids didn't stop enjoying, Thanks

We had a fantastic time! The property was beautiful. Everything was exactly as described and just like the photos. The gorgeous view was an added surprise. The house is private and very close to everything! Daniel was always quick to respond and very friendly!

We canceled our plan to go to the zoo because my kids love this place so much—they just want to stay here and play, and they don’t even want to leave.

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.

Nathan and Ryan’s home was outstanding! We hosted my sister’s bachelorette there and it was perfect for 9-10 guests. The details/set up of the house and backyard is great for groups. The beds were very comfortable. They were very accommodating and even had the place ready extra early for check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice, peaceful stay! We booked this Airbnb for a wedding and it was really close to the venues (Stone Brewing and Sikh Society of SD). Check-in was very easy, really appreciate the convenient code lock! We had a few cars and they were able to give us instructions for additional parking. The hosts Billy and Carrie are very responsive and easy to reach via Airbnb messages. The place is thoughtfully furnished/ designed and matches the photos. The drive up to the property just has some uneven roads which is typical of Escondido residential areas, nothing too bad. Overall, I would recommend the place and the hosts and would book again if we need to stay in the area in the future. Thank you!! :)

I’ve never booked a reservation for San Diego but I came across Liliya’s home and I don’t regret it. It was supposed to be for my cousin and I given he’s never been to San Diego but he enjoyed the amazing view looking over Escondido and there were no complaints during our stay. Liliya responds by text and makes sure your stay is superb. Definitely recommend for nature lovers. Photos match the description.

First time at a Wander spot and it was so cozy! We were looking at hotels at first, but wanted to privacy of a home for our staycation. My pup enjoyed the backyard. We utilized the grill and it was an awesome amenity along with the jacuzzi. The driveway was nice to pull into for the home. It was central to a lot of things nearby!

My group of 9 and I had a wonderful time at this home! We needed a place in Vista so that we could be close to our friend’s wedding in that area. The home was very spacious and we never felt cramped. The host was incredibly proactive and communicative. We didn’t have any issues arise, but I know if we did they would have been resolved quickly and efficiently because the host was checking in to make sure everything was going well. The views from the primary bedroom large windows were particularly breathtaking. The place is a little remote, so make sure you pay attention to the directions the host gives. Would be happy to stay here again if the opportunity arose!

GREAT HOUSE! My family loved staying here. There was plenty of room and everything that we needed, and there were so many fun things to do, like swimming in the pool and hot tub, playing with all of the games in the game room, and putting on the putting green. I would highly recommend this house. The owners were great to work with.

The place was clean and was perfect for 3 couples and some kids. We were just there one night but the AC worked well which made a hot day comfortable when got to the house.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could think of. Ample towels and beddings, plenty of room for everyone if you have a big group. Host William is super responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. This house one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at so far. Definitely worth it if you want a stress free vacation in San Diego! This place was a dream! Exactly as described and pictured. It fit all 15 of our group comfortably. The amenities were so much fun and there was something for everyone. The home was clean and the location was quiet, but close to places to eat and play. The hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. Wonderful place and a wonderful stay!

Our family and pups had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth’s place. We all agreed it was the best Airbnb we’ve ever visited, and we can't wait to return. The location and surroundings are exceptional, featuring stunning views from every vantage point and window. The home was spacious and clean, with plenty of fun activities for our family. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as swinging while watching the sunset. You will not be disappointed if you book this home!

We had a very good stay for Memorial Day weekend. The area was quiet and easy to find with the instructions that are given. Inside the house was perfect and clean. The hot tub worked very well. There were some belongings left outside before our stay but other than that everything was organized. If you ever decide to stay rather than be out and about you will definitely enjoy it. Would book again!
