From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Brand New Luxury Retreat with Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Association Beach & Hiking Trails! Perfect location -- quiet, yet only minutes to all attractions the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, private hot tub, finished lower level with family room, 85" TV, and air hockey table. Enjoy time together on the enormous 36' deck. There, you will find a hardwired propane grill and fire pit. There is also a Polywood dining set that seats six and four Polywood Adirondack chairs.

Waterfalls, major trailheads (Appalachia), and a beautiful lake are an easy 20 minute walk along a flat, wooded trail. For peak baggers, this is a perfect spot to start or end a Presidential Traverse and climb such striking and iconic mountains as Madison, Adams, Jefferson, and Washington. Fully off-grid.

On Back Lake & the Trails!

Small trailer+1 vehicle parking. Cozy A-frame (500 sq ft) that only sleeps 2 people in 1 queen bed overlooking Back Lake and on the trails. Ride from the cabin! Perfect location (Beach Rd) close to all activities - ATV/snowmobile rentals, kayaking, canoeing, boating, hiking, hunting, beach/swimming & fishing. We provide a dock, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe shared with our Dockside cabin guests. 1st, 2nd, 3rd CT & Lake Francis are minutes away. Cook, BBQ or several restaurants are nearby.

Cozy Camp with breathtaking views! Throw your tent or park your van anywhere in the yard. Super laid back setting. Right up the hill from willoughby lake Community grill, community water and electric for charging station. Fire wood for sale and kayaks available for daily rental. There may also be other campers on the property, But always plenty of room for your own space! Everything on the property is for community use.
