Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Coos County

We loved our stay!! The view out back was beautiful and we saw a moose one morning. Great quiet neighborhood and location. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Susan and Jeff's place was awesome, and exactly what we were looking for as far as a peaceful getaway. My fiance had run the Boston Marathon earlier in the week and as such, the hot tub was a very welcome amenity. To that end, we were surprised when Susan called us and let us know she and Jeff were on their way to fill the hot tub with hot water since it had cooled down and gotten low, per their cleaner. I saw this in a very positive light and certainly left a good impression on me. The local area is very quiet and walkable with some excellent little shops, cafes, and restaurants; one of which is the Rek-Lis brewery. It is also right next to Franconia and there is no shortage of hiking and walking trails. The property isn't too far from Littleton and Susan was more than happy to recommend some restaurants to us. It is also only about an hour away from the North Conway outlets. All in all, we had an excellent time and appreciated the hospitality Susan and Jeff showed us.

Beautiful cabin in great location. Ken was always responsive and had clear and easy instructions on how to locate cabin and use all amenities. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in the Colebrook area

Deb sent clear instructions for finding the place, and it was as described in the listing. It took us a few minutes to find where everything was, but the kitchen had what we needed to cook, from pans and knives to a measuring cup. Comfortable beds, though bring eye shades as the curtains let light in. Charming place, we'd stay again!

In the area for work. The house work perfect for us. Plenty of room, full kitchen. Will definitely check to see if the house is available next time we are over in Berlin.

This was the perfect place to get away for a quick trip up north with a family of 5 to explore the ice castles and slopes. Great alternative if you prefer private and want to escape the crowds at the mountain resorts. Thank you to Will and Linda for the their hospitality. We will be back!

The house was a perfect location for us to ride our ATVs to Jericho Park. The driveway was long enough for our truck and trailer. The inside was really nice, very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to rent again for our next Jericho adventure.

Great place on the edge of Northern NH. There wasn’t quite enough snow for us to ride the town trails on our snowmobiles but luckily there are multiple park and rides within a five mile radius. Parking was a bit tight with the trailer but the owners helped describe extra parking across the street which we didn’t even end up needing, I was able to back our two place trailer in beside the house with a little guidance. What a neat place warm and cozy and rustic and very charming. Warm and clean. We had to leave early because of the cold temps freezing our sleds up, and they graciously offered us a free night in the future if we ever decided to come stay again for a couple nights, we will get a third for free. Wasn’t expecting that and feels good to be offered this deal as everything is super tight money wise these days. Thank you!!! Will def come back. Cheers

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Celebrating our anniversary and traveling to see our grandson play in the state championship. This location was perfect and the area was accessible to all the things we wanted to do. There were local restaurants nearby. The place was very homey and comfortable, and we appreciated the welcoming bottle with glasses. I could’ve asked for a better situation thanks Renee for making this a very memorable enjoyable weekend.

Such a lovely, clean, comfortable place. We had such a great time staying here during our vacation to Storyland. Has every amenity you could possibly need.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with my friends. It was 3 total and more than enough room. It rained for most of our trip but we made the best of it. They have a spacious patio. Grill and propane fire pit outside. It was very nice. Place was very peaceful. A bit hard to find, GPS kept saying we had reached our destination, but it was a bit further ahead from where the GPS suggested. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Def recommend and would stay here again.

This home is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! My family of four really enjoyed our time there, especially sitting by the river in the Bear Bungalow, hiking at nearby Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch State Parks, and taking the Mt Washington cog railway on the first day of the season that it went all the way to the summit. The stars were amazing. We were so busy having fun outside, we ended up not even using the game room in the basement or the TV. Note the early (10am) check out time and that you want to use the Bethlehem rather than the Carroll address if your navigation gives you both. Bethlehem was mentioned in the initial booking but not the message I received right before the trip, and I mistakenly used the Carroll address, which took us to a closed unimproved road. Also, while it certainly didn't affect our visit, we didn't realize until we were sitting by the river that Rt 302 is right on the other side beyond the trees, so you will hear and see some cars. Great stay!

Great location, very easy to get to. Ample parking for trucks and trailers. House was very clean, cozy, and had all the necessities. Lots of sleeping options, definitely good for families and groups. Peter was nice and responded quickly when we messaged him. We had a great stay :)

Absolutely Perfect Stay! My husband, our puppies, and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Wendy’s place for a month, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is truly perfect, beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a long-term stay. What made our stay even more special was Wendy herself. She is an incredible host, so kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and her warm hospitality made a big difference. Our pups loved it too! It’s not always easy to find a place that feels just right for the whole family, but Wendy’s place truly was. We’ll always look back on our time here with such fondness. Highly, highly recommended!

loved the place. we were there to snowmobile so it was perfect. we trailer our sleds so I can't comment on trail access from there but I was told there is access. The only thing I have to mention is with the heat set on 65 degrees it still kicked on at night and made both bedrooms warm and woke us up. it was nice and cool in the rest of the house.

Cute cabin on a quiet street but close enough to nearby Lincoln and Littleton. Nicely laid out and plenty of space for a family of 6 and a dog. Henry was quick to respond and communicate with.

This was our second time staying at Jan’s cabin since we had such a good experience the first time. It was just as wonderful this time around!

We had a very peaceful and private stay at this cabin. The hot tub was great for cooling off after long work weeks. The cabin was very cozy and had home-like feel. It was within driving distance to grocery shops and it is uniquely positioned in the midst of several nice spots. we also got visited by a cute cottontail rabbit. favorite part: privacy feel of the back yard and hot tub. the bathroom was a little small but it is fit for purpose.
