Nice host with responsive.communications and clean room and bathroom. Good for bike tourists and not too far from the canal. Supermarket fairly close along with many restaurants.

Gian is a wonderful host! He was very helpful and communicates good. His home is very beautiful and comfortable! It's also in beautiful location and yet still close to shops and things to do. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, with a spacious living room and comfortable bedroom. Vee was a wonderful host, providing yogurt, snacks, and even beer (which I forgot to drink!). Highly recommended!

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.

Great Place to stay if your looking forward to relaxing and catching a break from everything.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only issue I had at all was that the living room light didn’t work, and the upstairs neighbors were a noisy. Other than those small issues the place was perfect and I felt right at home!! Would have extended my stay if it wasn’t already booked.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

Had an awesome stay here. The place was super clean, really cozy, and exactly what I needed. The host was great—quick to respond and super helpful the whole time. You can tell they put effort into making it a comfortable spot. Would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful Condo in a wonderful area. Easily walkable to a waterfront walking path and playground. The grounds were stunning. The condo was exactly as advertised! Very clean, spacious for a family of 4, and easy to locate. I would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you!!!!

This was my first ever Airbnb booking and all I can hope is every experience is as amazing as this one was! We came to Buffalo for a concert for my daughter’s birthday and she and her friends took more pics in the condo than at the concert. The space is spotless and crazy gorgeous. Christopher was so helpful and responsive and definitely made the whole process easy and absolutely flawless. Isis at the front desk was beyond sweet and was the cherry on top of the visit. My husband and I are already looking at another date to come and stay again just the two of us! Thank you so much!!

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.
