Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Emmetten

We loved the place ! We used it as our base to explore Switzerland with a eurail train pass, did day trips to Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Walkable distance from the train station, also a beautiful walk in a pretty village circled by mountains. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly host, was responsive and gave clear instructions. We even had a binder explaining how to use the ameneties and with local recommandations. Would go back if I was to travel to Switzerland again !

This place is amazing. The property is big with all the amenities and a great garden. The 3 bathrooms make the stay very convenient. It is located very close to the lake and lucerne city center. The owner, Giuseppe, is friendly, provided all needed instructions and set up the cot for us. There is also one parking spot available. Definitely a great stay in Lucerne.

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The place is very nice and well equipped so nothing is missing. We were particularly impressed by the quiet location, which offers a perfect retreat. The view of the lake is simply fantastic and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The first coffee in the morning will be such a special experience. The communication with Jacqueline was excellent – the clear instructions left no questions unanswered. In addition, the brochures with activities provided were a great addition to exploring the surrounding area and making the most of the stay. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Riad’s - easy check in, extremely clean home and a very responsive host. We really appreciated the amenities, which included a washer, dishwasher and a Dyson hairdryer among others (have to note this in particular, as many hotels have weak / inefficient hair dryers, so to have a Dyson while traveling, as at home, is a game changer). Pictures do not do the view justice - the lake and surrounding mountains make for a lovely milieu. Highly recommend & would love to return someday!

I was happy to be able to eat delicious and fresh strawberries. The surrounding environment was very peaceful and nice. The bathroom wasn't cramped, and it was in good condition.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

We had a wonderful stay at Brigitte & Sepp’s apartment in Steinen. The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the Swiss countryside. One of the highlights for our family was the chance to visit the goats, chickens, and cows—my daughters absolutely loved it! The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were very comfortable. Brigitte & Sepp were warm and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway with a touch of farm life!

Great place great host

The location of the house was excellent. It was in a very quiet and peaceful area. There were nearby places to meet your needs, such as a market and a bakery. It was only 10 minutes by bus to the center of Stans. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful holiday and want to enjoy the beauty of Switzerland, I would definitely recommend it. The house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Many thanks to the host for the warm and welcoming reception.

Hilde and Peter's home is very comfortable, and the surrounding area is a dreamy landscape.The view from the morning window was truly like a painting, and I was happy to wake up every morning. This place was in a cute, charming older building that was conveniently located a couple minutes walk to a bus stop. It was thoughtfully decorated and cozy. The hosts respond quickly to any questions you have and they are very helpful with tips. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The host responded quickly, the house has an amazing view and the interior was tidy and clean.

This is our second time coming back this AirBnb location. Angelika & Hansjörg kept the house nice and clean, exactly as you see in the images. The home has excellent privacy with a separate entrance and it is very well equipped, very clean with spotless washroom and a nice modern kitchen. This is a great location for us since we prefer driving even though there is a bus stop not far away. We were to able to go to the cities such as Zurich, Lucerne to our North. Bern, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Zermatt/Täsch to the West. Lugano and even Lake Como to the south. The drive to the local “Seewen” market is beautiful and the large Coop market is full of fresh produce which allow us to cook quality meal at the home. When we visit Swizterland again in the future, we wish to come back to this home. We would like to thank Angelika & Hansjörg again for allowing us to stay at their AirBnB.

Very clean, lots of thoughtful amenities like chargers, variety of shower soaps, and soft towels. Host was responsive and helpful. Train tracks out back took a day to get used to, then were no problem. Great location, walkable to the train station and downtown. Views of Rigi from the front terrace and Pilatus from the back windows. Great place!

This was the most perfect and peaceful top floor condo in Lauterbrunnen. Amazing views all around in a charming quiet location. Really awesome stay with my husband and son. We returned home from long adventures all over Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Interlaken to enjoy the waterfalls and mountains from every window. Best Airbnb rental ever! ❤️🇨🇭❤️🇨🇭❤️🇨🇭

Erna and Chris was great host . They greeted us personally on our arrival . They made us so comfortable and felt home . We only stayed for a day and was a rainy day . Otherwise we could have enjoyed siting their backyard and relaxed in their swing .

We had a great stay at Remis Place, which is very tidy and clean. It's perfectly suited near the old town of Lucerne. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was warm, professional, and provided clear instructions for check-in, along with great local tips for hikes, restaurants, and sightseeing. It was so so good, but a little expensive. Grindelwald Terminal (Jungfrau) was a 2-3 minute walk. It was too much. The wind was overwhelming. It was so 👍👍👍👍good :) I think I'll go again next time. ^_^

Heidi’s place was amazing. Beautiful views, comfortable beds & she was thoughtful and left toys for our baby. She was a great host! Very safe and amazing area to stay in. We spent every night and morning on the beautiful balcony.
