Awesome place at a super reasonable price. Charlevoix is beautiful with so much to offer within walking distance. Unit could use some minor updating but overall location can’t be beat. Owner was very responsive with questions. I ended up staying an extra day in another unit with water views but honestly this unit was preferable in terms of quietness, because it is in a quieter spot of the building. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

Had a perfect stay this weekend! Was close to everything and so convenient. Loved the back yard as well which is so nice to have available. Sunroom is the PERFECT place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Will definitely be staying again! Thanks Andrew!

What amazing views and a perfect location! Just a couple minute walk to Michigan Beach, right on Bridge Street for shopping and restaurants, and the perfect place to just sit, relax, and enjoy watching the boats go by.

This is a great condo in a great location. Minutes away from Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands ski resorts. Short drive to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Great location in a wooded development with pools and hot tubs in the complex.

The chalet was wonderful, clean, and well maintained. The hot tub was very nice. Location is between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, which provided unique shopping adventures. It was nice to dine in at the chalet and at local restaurants. It was relaxing to enjoy sitting around the fire pit with s’mores. Ceiling fans were a nice alternative to air conditioning. Would recommend to others!

The house was very well kept and spacious. If you like privacy, you will like this place. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to all messages!

Great stay at Megan's Mid Century Modern Ski Chalet for 4 plus 1 pet. Quaint and private place for those wanting something different from the norm.

This is a charming and authentic northern Michigan cottage on a beautiful lake. The home is well-kept and has everything you need for a great summer vacation - many comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, lakefront, and a fantastic porch. It is the kind of place that slows time. Julia was also very responsive and hospitable, and we would certainly come back.

Nothing but praises for Patricia & John. Out of all of my airBnB stays, the welcoming rustic environment they have created at the Balsams is untouched in comparison to others & holds a special place for us. This was our second stay and it only expanded on the amazing first time we had. Simple things like local suggestions, dvd titles on hand to browse through (no cable or wifi here folks), owners available to just talk added so much to the care of our stay + comforts available. Plus the history of the Balsams alone adds depth for those willing to dig in a little bit on the knowledge provided (check out the cabin binder for more). A delightful cottage on the Bluffs of Lake Michigan. You can hear the waves from the deck. The home was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay. We would highly recommend Lizzie’s home.

This place was perfect for what we needed and a great location! Close to the boat launch, walkable to town & lots to do. Michelle & Thadd were so accommodating and flexible which was greatly appreciated with our two little ones. We will definitely be staying here again!

We just concluded a delightful 2 week stay at Carolynn’s place. The first week we had our daughter and family join us. The home sits on a beautiful quiet property complete with a large deck and outside sitting area. Our grandkids loved their private loft. There were ample supplies to make our stay comfortable. Great showers, W & D, etc although the kitchen was dated. The facilities at Birchwood are outstanding (golf, swimming, and food) and Harbor Springs is a short 10 drive away.
