House holiday rentals in Emmet County

Makayla’s place is gorgeous and she’s a wonderful host. The place could have had less (cute) decorations for those traveling with young kids. We hid most of them but missed one or two that eventually became casualties of the 3 year old. But Makayla handled it with grace. And was so kind in her exchanges going so far as to mail back the toddler’s favorite PJs and stuffy.

This has been my favorite Air BNB to stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in photos. Very clean, beds cozy, check-in/out smooth, & we were able to use the pool & jacuzzi!

We had a great long-weekend stay with our toddler and small dog. The house is in a cute neighborhood that's walkable to the restaurants/shops in downtown Harbor Springs. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The toys in the living room were a nice surprise and helpful to keeping our toddler entertained as we unloaded the car. Very clean and nicely updated/decorated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we came back to Harbor Springs.

Great place the our family of 6. It accommodated us really well and the location was perfect for our weekend of skiing. Kyle and Kara were very accommodating and communicated well. We will definitely be back!

We just concluded a delightful 2 week stay at Carolynn’s place. The first week we had our daughter and family join us. The home sits on a beautiful quiet property complete with a large deck and outside sitting area. Our grandkids loved their private loft. There were ample supplies to make our stay comfortable. Great showers, W & D, etc although the kitchen was dated. The facilities at Birchwood are outstanding (golf, swimming, and food) and Harbor Springs is a short 10 drive away.

We had a great stay in a very cool location. Other comments aren’t lying, the driveway is extremely steep and with ice/snow you can find yourself sliding if you are not careful. The house is beautiful and close to everything you could want up there. We would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was the perfect vacation retreat for us. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and she answered our text messages promptly. She did everything to make sure our stay was a homerun! Thank you! We plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property which is managed by VACASA. They were very attentive to our needs as the property manager, but homeowner didn’t follow through on a few minor issues. We enjoyed the tranquil view overlooking the Beck-n-Ridge Horse Farm. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, and other essentials. We and our guest were very pleased with the home overall and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Harbor Springs.

We loved our stay at Stephanie's! She was a wonderful host and was very responsive for any of our questions. The home was quiet and peaceful and only a short walk away from the lake. Definitely would return!

The only thing wrong with Brielle's place was that our stay was too short! Would love to have stayed another few days! We've been in the area many times for family functions, and this was a great stay for my husband and I, and our adult children's family. Plenty of room, privacy for all the parties, and stocked very well from kitchen items to toiletries and linens. Brielle was so helpful and accommodating! Will definitely keep this spot in mind in the future!

Exceeded expectations. Close to Boyne Mountain. Kitchen was stocked better than any other rental I’ve stayed in. We would definitely stay there again!

Comfy cabin a short drive from ski areas. Good option for our family ski weekend.

If you enjoy a peaceful place by the lake away from all the traffic this is a great place. 5-10 minutes from St. Ignace and Mackinaw City.

Greg’s place worked great for our entire family as we were in town for a soccer tournament. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and the house was a great place to relax throughout the weekend. Greg communicated clearly and the house was just what we were expecting based on the description.

Great house. Very responsive hosts. We visited places to the west and east so it was a great central location for us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jonathan's place! The home was spotless, and the bedrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. Game room was a hit for the kids while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the surroundings. Jonathan was a great communicator and was very accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect for our family getaway. We would highly recommend this home and we would definitely be back again.

What an amazing place Justin and Wendy have. Justin was a fantastic host very through with all instructions and information regarding the home. We had 5 adults and the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms worked out great. I cannot say enough great things about this home. We went to Mackinaw Island but stayed in St Ignace. We stayed May21-23rd . The check in and check out went great. We even went to Kewadin Casino and won some money. All in all fantastic time with family at a fantastic place. Very spacious house, plenty of room for 3 families (12 people). The house was very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of activities to do in the basement also and kept the kids plenty busy! Crystal was very responsive!

We had a great time! The nature preserve across the street is beautiful and everything was accurate about the details. Firewood was easy to get at the corner store close by.

this was a wonderful place to stay, in an idyllic quiet part of town, it was the perfect place for a girls weekend! highly recommend!

Great place to share with our adult children and young grandchildren. The small private sandy beach was perfect for our toddler and his trucks. Availability of kayaks and water toys added to the comfort of spending an afternoon at the house. It was very well stocked for cooking and had plenty of counter space for prep and meals. Our host was responsive within minutes with any questions. Location is great to make a day trip to Mackinac Island and another toTraverse City and its peninsulas. Petoskey is ~20mins drive and is an adorable town on Lake Michigan with great restaurant and shopping options as well as a nice stone break wall for watching the sunset. Harbor Springs is just an additional 10mi with a small downtown and a line out the door for Tom’s Mom’s Cookies! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

Great place to stay right on the lake. Beautiful views from the home. We stayed in the winter, but it was still very pretty to look out. The house was clean and as described in the listing. Great communication!
