Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Elizabeth

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities I needed and felt like a home away from home. The location was close to like restaurants and transportation. The only suggestion is if you have a return flight, I would recommend to book it through Newark Airport which is close to the place. We had a return flight through JFK which was little far from this place, however, that could have been solved if we had planned well ahead. Overall, me and my friends loved this place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Felt like home. The private parking is a plus. Rooftop is amazing especially at night. We overall loved our stay and look forward to doing it again in the near future.

What originally drew me to this listing, besides the look of the place, was how complete and informative his listing was…very helpful esp not being familiar with the area. Our stay was perfect, everything was as advertised…clean, well stocked and close to all we wanted to do and would definitely recommend staying at CH Residence in Bayonne!! Thank you for everything 😊

Cozy yet spacious apartment within an ideal location near local business. No complaints

Grate place to stay everything was like the picture and it was super clean.

We stayed one night at Stella’s place before sailing on our cruise. The location was so convenient to the cruise port, and Stella’s home was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated having tea, coffee, and water available in the morning, and Stella was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The only small thing we noticed was that it was quite cold in the house when we arrived. We were comfortable overall, but we wished we’d had a blanket to snuggle up with while we were watching a movie in the evening — or we may just not have been able to find where they were kept. I just used one I had in my car. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and we’d gladly book again!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with extras — from clean towels and sheets to blankets and kitchen amenities. The interior is truly impressive, with attention to detail that made the space feel welcoming and stylish. The location is also a big plus — a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of beautiful spots nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to reply and generous in sharing recommendations and local hotspots. The only downsides for us were the lack of a washing machine, which is quite essential for a family of five, and the absence of on-site parking. We had a private car and often had to park a bit farther away, which made things slightly difficult when returning late with the kids. Overall, a wonderful experience — thank you very much!

We had an amazing stay!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Jennifer's place is hands-down my favorite AirBnB accommodation that I have stayed at this far-- Jennifer is a lovely person, and I had the best sleep in a very long time in the extremely cozy bed, plus I got to watch the nice TV, the temperature was perfect, I was conveniently able to do a quick load of laundry that I needed for work the next day, the shower was absolutely heavenly, I had my morning coffee/snacks/water readily available that Jennifer left there for me, the fridge was excellent, having the microwave accessible was perfect, parking was conveniently located right out front super close.... On a scale from 1-10, Jennifer's place scores over 100!!! :-)

We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

place is bigger then expected. It was very clean. Not everything was as stated in listing but when we ran out of things he was very responsive. The only critique I have was parking was a little challenge and it was in a urban area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was nice and responded quickly. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed. This was my parent’s first experience with air bnb and they enjoyed it. Although it was a lot going on outside everyone was nice and respectful we felt pretty safe. We stayed here for our visit to NY which was less than 30mins away. We were able to host our family of 8 comfortably. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely book again.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great location. Easy access to Manhattan. Very helpful host. Clean apartment. Will definitely stay here again when visiting NY. Very enjoyable experience.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
