We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The charming house offers plenty of space, is spacious, cozy, warm and clean, is located in the middle of the Alps and is an ideal starting point for many activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, city tours... Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.

The 100-year-old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private thoroughfare. The lake with good bathing possibilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are within walking distance, the next supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, one double bedroom, another single bedroom (access via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.
