This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

We felt right at home. The house is beautiful, it has all kinds of amenities both in the kitchen and in the rooms, very complete. It is centrally located and well-connected. The host was very nice and I answered all the doubts instantly.

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

I booked the apartment for the second time and there will definitely be a third time. It is clean. Located within walking distance of the boulevard. And you look at the pool

Beautiful property for a relaxing break. The house has everything you need and is beautifully designed. The outdoor terrace has such a nice feel to it, perfect space to enjoy breakfast or dinner and wine in the evening. Gata the cat is my far the best welcome committee.

A super nice stay, very luxurious and clean. Lovely swimming pool with fine sun loungers. Nice seating area outside. Herbs etc present in the kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions. It is smart to rent a car to explore the area.

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

It was a very good home to spend time with my family. It's super chula decorated, modern and the pool is a perfect size. Tim communicated with us always proactive and was very kind. I will repeat. Just don't forget that without a car you can't do anything, you can't even go throw away the garbage walking. But everything else is 10.

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace has enchanted us every day! A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

Lovely few days at Nathalies place. Was welcomed even though it was late. Tranquil setting and a hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and easy to find and perfect for 15 of us on a hen do. Communication was brilliant and lots of help with organising other things during our stay.
