Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in El Rocío

Apartment very well located and clean. Juan Antonio was attentive to us from the moment we made the reservation, advising us on places. If I were to return to Seville, I would undoubtedly stay in the same place. We felt at home.

The accommodation is great, the air conditioning in the large room and in the bedroom is really great with the high temperatures. The garage is small but a long car fits, it is especially convenient for not moving by car during the stay. Everything is accessible on foot but if necessary a bus stop is nearby. The accommodation is very well equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.). We had a great stay and recommend the accommodation.

The apartment was in an excellent location, walking distance to all the sites and tons of restaurants. We were there for a week and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nacho was very responsive and helpful! The apartment was easy to get to and we felt very safe in the location, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Lovely stay here, the flat is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect! Really clean too- check-in was simple and easy and we had no issues. Only thing is the coffee machine didn’t work for us after the first day which was a shame but these things happen! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again!

This was a wonderful location just a short walk to the train station for day trips and into the older part of the city. There we found multiple nice restaurants, shopping and history. Gemma’s instructions for entry were super helpful and made arrival easy.

Our family had an absolutely perfect stay at Pablo and Maria’s place. We were warmly received at the home and shown around by Maria. The guest binder had everything we needed in it and the location was ideal. The home was spotless. I would highly recommend this place easily as one of the nicest places to stay. Muchas gracious for making our stay in Seville such a pleasant one!

He was a very good host. He had placed a lot of helpful informations in the house regarding the life in Sevilla. The house was nice. It had everything you needed and more. I really reccomend here for anybody who is coming to Sevilla!

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

We had the BEST time at Ignacio’s lovely villa. It was even better & bigger than we expected. A short 25 minute drive into central Seville but the location is peaceful and the pool and outside areas are so great. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come again, thank you so much! X

Fantastic launching point to see all of Seville. We stayed for three days - really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 8 with two teens included - everyone had enough space to feel settled. Elevator is a life saver as otherwise four total stories (laundry is in attic/floor 4) would be tough getting up and down the stairs. Yolanda was very responsive and took care of our questions quickly. All was a great - fantastic stay in Seville!

We stayed at Ruben’s villa, which has a swimming pool and is located in a unique setting, surrounded by olive groves. The house has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Ruben had given us a map of the area to help us find the house in a certain location. However, it’s actually easier, since the road where the villa is located has a name — “Calle la Hoya” — and it’s enough to enter that in Apple Maps. The geographical location is ideal, as it allows us to access both the beaches of towns like Isla Cristina and Moguer, as well as the Sierra de Aracena, where you can visit the “Dehesas,” which are natural areas with oak, holm oak, and cork trees that provide food for the Iberian pig. For visitors looking to escape the usual tourist routine, this is the perfect place.

Marilo's apartment is very nice, clean and cozy, you feel very good there. The bonus is the jacuzzi, very appreciable after a day of sightseeing in Seville, which is located only about ten kilometers away (about 25 minutes by car). Marilo is a caring host, very attentive and available. We had a great stay, thank you Marilo!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was easy to find, very clean, comfortable and spacious - and just a 2 minute walk from a fantastic beach. Eva was very helpful and everything went smoothly from start to finish. This place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

We had the most wonderful time with Nati and Jose Ignacio. They made us feel incredibly welcome, and we even ended up spending time together in their beautiful courtyard. They're warm, thoughtful, and cool people. They offered fantastic recommendations, not just for the area but for the rest of our travels across Spain. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. I’d recommend this stay to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back!

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Monica’s place. The location was great, very close to the train station. The rooftop terrace was massive, such a treat. Monica was such a friendly, proactive, and thoughtful host. She made us feel at home and we can’t recommend this place enough!
