Holiday rentals with a patio in El Poblado

I stayed at Jacob’s place for one night on June 11 and it was just what I needed. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend it for a short stay and would book again!

This apartment is amazing , it was big enough for me and my family , quiet and peaceful , pool was great, insight parking was algo great , easy to get around. Would stay here again when visiting Medellin.

I Highly Recommend!!! I Been To Medellin A Few Times But This View Was Truly Amazing & One Of The Best. Overall The Apartment Is Beautiful and The TV Has To Be Like 80inches Wide! The Host Christian Was Very Responsive & Made My Stay A Breeze. The Security Was Very Nice & Helpful As Well. I Will Definitely Return. 5 Stars!

This was a new listing on Airbnb and did not have any reviews but we took a gamble and it was amazing! I have no complaints at all whatsoever! Absolutely fabulous. Everything from the location which is just a few minutes walk to Provenza, to the host to the very comfortable bed and pillows everything was clean and beautiful

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Made me feel right at home.. the only bad thing i can say is that i wish i could stay longer.. i hope to come back. Gracias para todo Bladimir. Lo agradezco mucho.

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Our family stayed at Sean's house in Envigado for five weeks. We had an incredible time and had everything we needed in this house to enjoy our stay. Sean was a very accessible and friendly host who helped us settle in with ease and even connected us to a few other people that were very helpful during our stay. The neighborhood has everything you need, and with Envigado a short car / metro (even walk) away from Medellin it was super easy to get anywhere. Highly recommend you consider it for your visit (especially if you're traveling with family) to Medellin.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Everything was excellent during your stay. The apt is as shown in the photos. It is very central to everything. Communication was seamless and they were always attentive to any detail.

Great apartment with an amazing view!! From the bed and from the terrace, which I absolutely love… birds coming all the time , so beautiful! The apartment is great for two people , it has one king bed, very comfortable bed It’s beautiful and Alejandro and Luz are always available to help you in whatever is that you need Great location! Restaurants and supermarkets and drug stores very close in a very secure neighborhood, which is very important to me I really enjoyed my stay there , felt like home Thank you Alejandro and Luz… for everything! Congratulations on the apartment.. and I really recommend it.. so peaceful and nothing like having a coffee on that terrace with birds singing all the time and that amazing view! Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. A big shout-out to our host, who was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort throughout the stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Urban Studios is a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay — perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a stress-free base in this beautiful city.

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!
