Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

This is our third time here and the Nock edition is one of the most beautiful buildings with the most beautiful apartments in the city. Very nice, everything, excellent service. Definitely recommended for those who are looking, don't think twice. Thank you for everything.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. David was kind and sent me great recommendations/places to eat, helped me with finding a gym, and even helped out with a situation with my taxi. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Love what he has done with the inside!

Well equipped, looked like photos and location was within walking distance to Manila and Provenza. Had one minor issue and host was very responsive. There was construction but not on weekends and would recommend ear plugs if you sleep in.

I loved this place! Amazing space, lovely location right in the best spot, huge and so so clean! The only thing was the second bedroom didnt have air conditioning which could be difficult if its warmer but otherwise this place was seriously perfect! We used the extra bedroom without AC to put our suitcases and clothes so it was still useful but genuinely loved this airbnb and location. Also super safe area and great security at the front desk.

During my recent 8-day stay at this Airbnb in La Provenza, Colombia, I had an exceptional experience that deserves to be shared. This charming apartment not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every aspect. Location and Accessibility - La Provenza is a vibrant and lively neighborhood known for its bohemian atmosphere and culinary offerings. The apartment was located just steps away from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and local shops. The proximity to transport made it easy for me to get around Medellín, allowing me to explore iconic places like Parque Lleras and the Botanical Garden without any hassle. The safety of the area made me feel comfortable walking around, even at night. Accommodation and Amenities - From the moment I entered the apartment, I felt at home. The decor was modern and cozy, with a touch of Colombian style that gave it character. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This is a must visit for a couple or solo traveler. I fully recommend

Our stay at Roger’s Airbnb was great. The room was incredibly clean, has a great view and many amenities. The room however is right next to the elevator so sometimes there can be some noise with people going in and out. Other than that it’s a great pick in el poblado and super close to all the action!

my friend and i really enjoyed this spot. it was in walking distance to every popular place and the hosts were very responsive. somthing to be a aware of. the place doesnt have ac and is on the 4th floor (not particularly bad things). the apartment was very spacious and inviting. i definitely recommend.

This is perfect & very peaceful at night compared to the Pabado district. Close to every type of store & restaurants you might need. The host was super responsive & made us feel at home. We had a terrific stay here.

I’ve stayed 71 days in Soul, and what a great experience that was. One of the things I love the most about Medellín are the views, so I was super happy to learn that the terrazzo from Soul has breathtaking views at night, which became even more enjoyable because you can experience it from the pool and the jacuzzi. The place is super clean, the staff is VERY VERY attentive, the apartment looks just like the pictures, and I have to mention the bed… That was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. I found the gym very well equipped, and has nice views as well! There’s a coffe/restaurant downstairs and I was so happy to learn that they have a lot of vegan options!! The building is very well located, close to a supermarket, and less than 20 minutes walking from Provenza (with a car is about 5). I’d definitely recommend it as a stay!

This was my 2nd time staying here. The location is the best and the apartment has everything you need. Extremely safe area walking distance to everything. This place is very special - don’t hesitate to book. Thanks again to the hosts Juan and Sandra. You are both great!

Exceeded my expectations !!

I don't usually stay in Provenza, but the unit looked really well located / well designed / big. While the building is old (enough that I was a little concerned when I arrived), the moment I opened the door I was blown away - super industrial but somehow "homey" feel - super spacious, well laid out, lots of open space. Rick and his team were super helpful / friendly, and they warned me ahead of time that there was construction going on - it was barely noticeable. Great location - easy walking distance to everything in Provenza, HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Five out of five stars!

The place is extremely beautiful and well kept. It is in a great location, near activities and a quick walk to some bars and clubs. The host was super nice and good at communicating.

Very friends hosts, the receptions were very friendly and helpful. They went and above and beyond to make sure we were okay, messaged us to ensure we were okay getting around if we were on a day trip etc. definitely recommend

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! Whether you’re staying for a few nights or settling in for a longer stay, it truly has everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and felt completely secure throughout. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely a breeze. The building’s amenities were exceptional: the gym, pool, and sauna were all top notch and made the stay feel like a retreat. The location was ideal—conveniently close to major points of interest, but still peaceful and quiet. One of the best parts was the view: an incredible perspective of the city framed by lush trees, which created a rare sense of calm and privacy. All the plants throughout the space added a warm and thoughtful touch that made it feel especially welcoming. Kata was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and helpful at every turn. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.
