The apartment was exceptionally nice and comfortable. Very clean and with everything necessary to enjoy your vocation away from home. Host was very friendly and helpful in making our stay comfortable and offering any assistance required. Highly recommend this property.

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.

I would've paid double per night to stay at this penthouse again. The view is spectacular. I don't know any other listing on Airbnb where you feel like you are on top of the world in Medellin. Christian is a number one host, any special request he had no issue with the fulfilling. I already plan to book again next month 10/10.. not one negative thing to say about my experience at this house.

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

The location was EXACTLY what I desired from a stay in Medellin. The neighborhood is very walkable and so many restaurants and ice cream shops are less than 10 minutes away. The home looks like the pictures and is quite spacious which I loved. A Lot of greenery/ plants and a great view of the neighborhood. And lots of sunlight. I would say the only con for me was the lack of AC but thats also common in this area. Either way the place stayed pretty cool and there were good fans. I recommend staying here especially for a group.

This was a wonderful spot to stay in Medellin! The apartment is really spacious and amazing quality for the price. There were some small issues with the apartment that we communicated upon arrival, and Nathalia & Juan were very responsive and solution-oriented.

Great Place. It had everything i needed. Awesome view of the city and the host was awesome as well. Constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if I was ok. Lots of great local restaurants in the area. There's an awesome Mexican spot around the corner with the best tacos I've had in Medellín. I'll definitely stay in the apartment again.

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. We especially appreciated the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. A perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the city. Wow - what a hidden gem in Sabaneta! This was the perfect place to be near all of the action. The space itself is extremely airy, and is perfect if you’re working nomadically. The hospitality was great and the communication was exceptional. Thank you so much!
