Great place to stay at

Super location many great restaurants right out the door, modern, clean, low noise but within 5 minute walk to all the action that Ploblado is famous for. Felt very safe.

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

He don’t communicate too well and I have only one bed sheet for nine days, that was my biggest issue with him, but the place was very nice and location

The place is very conveniently located, and bas good safety features such as 27/7 door guard. We stayed there twice already. The apartment is on the third floor and there is an elevator. Apartment is spacious and has all the necessities. There is no AC but Medellín climate is so nice that it was not needed. The decor of the space is very nice, and the kitchen is huge. We enjoyed our second stay very much.

The place was just liked the pictures. There were lots of ants, fumigating could help.

I love staying here. It suits my needs and while it’s not in the tourist area I love being near a church, groceries and cafes. The staff all work hard and are very helpful with everything. Look forward to staying again 🙏🙏🙏

The place was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have any windows, which made it feel a bit enclosed. Otherwise, a great stay overall

Staying at this Airbnb in El Poblado was exactly what I needed. The space was clean, modern, and had everything I could ask for fast Wi-Fi, a super comfy bed, strong A/C, and a balcony with a view. The location was perfect, tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful at night, but still within walking distance of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. Parque Lleras and Provenza were just a short walk away, but I always felt safe coming back. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Cristian is a great host. Very considerate. The place is exactly as listed in a nice neighbourhood.

The clean apartment, with a wonderful view, is located in a very quiet area and a good location, the building staff is very kind and Natalia was always attentive and supportive for arrival. A good place to stay in Medellin.

Definitely that Parceros House is one of the best Airbnbs we have been in, we are nomads and working from this place was incredible, they have the best coworking, they make you feel at home, extra points to the hosts and Carolina who is in charge of the cleanliness of the place, always with the best attitude to help. Nice apartment with a great view. Stores and restaurants surround you and extremely walkable. There's even a grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive. Even if unsuccessful, he tried to correct any issues I presented to him. I'd stay there again

I stayed at Maria's place for a month. It is a very nice place surrounded by many trees, located in a quiet area if you don't want a lot of noise around, it also has blackout curtains. Maria is very attentive, and when I wrote to her she responded quickly. The only area of improvement I would propose is to at least put in a microwave, a more equipped kitchen for long stays and a hair dryer. Everything else was perfect!

The Airbnb was super easy to find and is excellently located. They treated us very kindly, both to me and my partner. Thanks for the detail of the market, it was a nice gesture.
