Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

I had a great stay. Beautiful apartment with appropriate amenities for comfortable living. Best part was the amazing view from the balcony.

Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

I very much enjoyed the loft the stairs were easy to navigate with a large suitcase. The place was very accessible to night life

Estefania’s sunny Laureles apartment is perfect for people who want a centrally located bright apartment and need an ergonomic work setting. We loved the colorful decor of the apartment. Although we encountered a few problems such as having to wait for a while before someone was able to open the apartment, and the water outage for a few hours, Estefania was very responsive and helpful during these issues. Just a heads up it’s on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator. Also it’s right across from a school so it gets noisy by 8:30 am on weekdays. Thank you so much for everything!

Our stay at Roger’s Airbnb was great. The room was incredibly clean, has a great view and many amenities. The room however is right next to the elevator so sometimes there can be some noise with people going in and out. Other than that it’s a great pick in el poblado and super close to all the action!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, the views were amazing, the place was nice and spacious, and we really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Medellin. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Medellin sometime in the future. Thank you so much.

This apartment has an excellent location in Poblado, Medellin, just a short ride from key attractions like Plaza Botero, the Museum of Antioquia, and Medellin's Botanical Gardens. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. While Medellin's hilly terrain means some uphill walking, it enhances the experience of exploring this vibrant city and enjoying its thriving culinary and nightlife scenes. The apartment is immaculate and ideal for couples. With friendly security, you can feel safe while being close to nightlife without the noise, and construction nearby posed no issues.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. David was kind and sent me great recommendations/places to eat, helped me with finding a gym, and even helped out with a situation with my taxi. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Love what he has done with the inside!

What a beautiful view you can see all Medellin from the rooftop Jacuzzi. The house is modern and clean and safe. I will come back.

Well equipped, looked like photos and location was within walking distance to Manila and Provenza. Had one minor issue and host was very responsive. There was construction but not on weekends and would recommend ear plugs if you sleep in.

I loved this place! Amazing space, lovely location right in the best spot, huge and so so clean! The only thing was the second bedroom didnt have air conditioning which could be difficult if its warmer but otherwise this place was seriously perfect! We used the extra bedroom without AC to put our suitcases and clothes so it was still useful but genuinely loved this airbnb and location. Also super safe area and great security at the front desk.

Loved my stay. I felt right at home . Bladimir was very helpful and gave me some good recommendations. The balcony is beautiful with the lights of Medellin at night. Made me feel right at home.. the only bad thing i can say is that i wish i could stay longer.. i hope to come back. Gracias para todo Bladimir. Lo agradezco mucho.

The apartment was exceptionally nice and comfortable. Very clean and with everything necessary to enjoy your vocation away from home. Host was very friendly and helpful in making our stay comfortable and offering any assistance required. Highly recommend this property.

Had a fantastic stay, property is even more beautiful in person. Sean, Sandra and the whole team are super friendly and responsive. Plenty of open space and natural light, gaming/lounge area on the second level was a great spot for everyone to hang out. there is a 24 hour pharmacy 2 minute walk away which is very convenient.

This place is great! I stayed in a studio and it was well worth the price. The location is second to none! With great bars, food, grocery stores and more within a 5 minute walk you can get wherever you need to. The host were great with being responsive fast and in a timely manner. The breakfast included was also terrific. I will definitely be back!

I would've paid double per night to stay at this penthouse again. The view is spectacular. I don't know any other listing on Airbnb where you feel like you are on top of the world in Medellin. Christian is a number one host, any special request he had no issue with the fulfilling. I already plan to book again next month 10/10.. not one negative thing to say about my experience at this house.

Amazing hosts and beautiful apartment right in the heart of Poblado. From the minute we booked they were responsive and they had someone meet us the day we arrived to check us in and go over all the stuff and walk through of the place. Very clean and just like the photos. Tons to do within walking distance. It can be loud as it is quite the party area but thats what you are there for right? The hosts were very communicative and would help with anything as far as questions to recommendations and security. Our place came with security outside 8pm to 630am every night and Jaison was absolutely amazing. The steamroom and jacuzzi were amazing amenities after a long day of sight seeing or just to relax in general. They also arranged a ride from the AirBnb to the airport via a friend who was also punctual and very accommodating and offered a great price.Would highly recommend this property or any other the owners have as it was top notch.
