Holiday rentals with a patio in El Perellonet

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

We had a great visit! The apartment was close to the city center. For the English speaking guests it would be good to have instructions also in English.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Artem’s place is really well placed in Valencia near bars and restaurants. We were able to walk into the centre in under an hour and also experience different food and wine places near by. Artem was really quick at responding to any questions we had and let us leave our bags in the flat as we had arrived earlier than the check in time. Will be definitely staying here again when in Valencia.

Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

Ha sido Ena experiencia increíble, la zona muy tranquila y segura, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar solo tienes que llevar comida, es inmensa ideal para ir con los niños, nuestro viaje de amigos contó con el lugar que necesitábamos para relajarnos, desconectar, compartir y descansar. La barbacoa está ubicada estratégicamente y muy cómoda para usarla. Sin duda alguna no 5 sino 10 estrellas. Seguro que volveremos

Hemos estado 4 días instalados en la casa, muy cómodos, repetiríamos sin duda. Alojamiento tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros, no funcionaban los chorros del jacuzzi y pese a bajar las rendijas de los ventanales y cerrar las cortinas de las habitaciones, sigue entrando mucha luz y cuesta dormir. Esto no cambia lo bien que estuvimos, por eso damos 5⭐️.

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Het huisje en vooral de tuin zijn geweldig! beide zijn groter dan ik had verwacht door de foto's. De locatie in het natuurpark en bij het strand is heel mooi! En de keuken was beter uitgerust dan ik ooit eerder heb gezien in een vakantiewoning. Ik ben erg gevoelig voor geluid dus ik was wel blij dat ik mijn oordopjes voor snachts bij me had, aangezien alles 1 ruimte is dus je hoort bijvoorbeeld de koelkast. Als je niet zo gevoelig bent sowieso geen probleem, anders een tip! Verder een heerlijke plek om uit te rusten, ik zou graag terugkomen in de toekomst :-)

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Janas Wohnung. Sie isch sehr gut gelegen und wirklich schön. Es ist zwar etwas ringhörig, aber in der Nacht sonst wirklich sehr ruhig. Wir durften sogar unser Gepäck noch etwas länger in der Wohnung lassen, was wirklich sehr nett war und wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Patri ist eine wunderbare, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin mit einer tollen Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Strand Malvarosa. Lage: Die Wohnung ist fußläufig etwa drei Minuten vom tollen Strand Malvarosa und seiner langen Promenade entfernt. Sie ist super durch Metro, Busanbindung und das Fahrradverleihsystem „Valenbisi“ angebunden. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist exakt so ausgestattet wie im Inserat beschrieben, mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und einigen Extras. Sie ist wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Gastgeberin: Patri ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns an der Metro abgeholt hat. Sie ist Gastgeberin von Herzen und wartet in ihrer Wohnung mit vielen Extras, die über das erwartete Maß an eine AirBnB-Wohnung hinausgehen, auf. Patri reagiert sehr schnell auf Anfragen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung liegt in super Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung ist familiär und entspannt, perfekt zum Erholen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders positiv fanden wir die Ausstattung: es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Strandstühle, Strandhandtücher und weiteres Equipment waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
