Beach house holiday rentals in El Palmar

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. Such a lovely house. In a great location. Very near La Zenia Boulevard. Lidl around the corner. The house backs out to the pool. The children loved all the pool toys provided. Aga met us with the keys and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely be back again.

Just the perfect stay in a very spacious, clean and well-appointed villa. The large terrace with the gorgeous view of a the Mediterranean is unreal. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you! Highly recommend.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 8 girls and spend a long weekend in this villa. The villa was amazing and absolutely stunning with the ocean view. It was well equiped and had everything you can think of. My girls and me fully enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect right at the beach an within a few minutes you can reach shops and restaurants. Märina is a great host and welcomed us so warmly. She also provided many recommendations and offered her help. Also the communication with Märina was so easy and she was very flexible. Thank you very much!

The check-in was warm. And special thanks when the hosts know perfect English. Helps people who don't know Spanish The apartment is located in a quiet area but that was already known in advance. The apartment is located at the end of the street with enough privacy and peace of mind. And great views of the sea where you can see the sunset. From the apartment, you can quickly get to the beach along the path, but that route is not necessarily suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are several restaurants near the apartment. Distances to larger ships are long by walking, but I recommend taking the tourist train. It costs 5 euros per person. Easy to get off at different stops. And later continue the journey on the next "train". Taxis are sometimes difficult to get for short distances in the areas. I think it is easier to get to the center of Alicante or the airport. If you want a nice, relaxed vacation in great scenery, this is a great option Thanks you so much Kate
