Kid-friendly holiday rentals in El Cotillo

We spent two weeks at Alessia's accommodation. Overall, we were very satisfied. The apartment is nicely decorated and well located. There are many shopping facilities nearby. We especially appreciated the small garden, where we spent a lot of time. It was also great that we were allowed to park our rental car right in front of the accommodation. We found Alessia and her staff to be very friendly, helpful and open-minded. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Perfect accommodation for two people, we had a great time both for the location (very quiet) and for everything the house has! The barbecue outside is definitely a plus! Stefano is very kind, helpful; we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Marie Claire‘s house. It has a beautiful garden that‘s perfect to recuperate and refuel your energy. All in all a great experience and we‘d live to come back :)

Great place close to the beach! Excellent kitchen with everything you need — laundry and dishwasher tabs, oil, spices, and even some coffee capsules. The host was very friendly and easygoing. She even brought us the last bag of charcoal from a gas station when we couldn't find any on a public holiday. Really appreciated her help. Highly recommended! Would book again.

Everything was very tidy and clean, Iballa was very kind and without a doubt it is a place where we signed up again to be able to repeat it without any doubt.

Stefano, the contact person, very kind and attentive. The accommodation is located in one of the best areas on the island. I had everything you need, even a few extras that came in great. Very quiet urbanization, with direct beach access. Parking at the door itself. Bars and a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. In short, we loved the stay, hopefully we can repeat

We had such a wonderful stay at Beatriz’s place ! The location was great right next to lots of local restaurants and you can see and hear the sea from the window. We travelled with our two kids and it was the perfect set up with baby and kid things provided ( high chair ,baby bath , cot and even kids cutlery and plates ! ) it was nice and quiet and just what we needed. She is such a generous host who left us lots of local delicacies to try :-) she was very easy to get hold of and always replied very quickly. We would love to return some time !

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful apartment in a beautiful little town, the apartment is very new and in very good condition, beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little touches and spotlessly clean, my wife has really fallen in love with the place, literally 2 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach we've ever seen, golden powdery sand, completely see through water and as el cotillo is a small not particularly touristy town there was never more than 50 people on the whole beach. Its only 5 mins walk to the "town centre". if you want a stunning apartment and loads of peace and quiet this is the place for sure! Whenever we've spoken with Alice she's been really helpful and lovely, totally give this stay 10 out of 10 and we're in the airport now on our way home trying to re book with Alice for next time.

I enjoyed the stay in Jen's apartment very much. It was quiet and clean. My surfing beach was just a stone's throw away. Gladly come back.

Great little apartment, ideal for 2 people. On foot, you can reach the small harbor with many great restaurants in 5 minutes, and the view from the balcony is simply wonderful.

We had a great time! The apartment is in a great location in the small town of El Cotillo. Beaches and many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The atmosphere is super chill and peaceful. The apartment was clean, with plenty of storage in the bedroom. Good value! Easy communication with the host. We recommend

A great little apartment to visit PV, the best the location and the small town of Lajares that is a charm (super cute cafeterias like Owen or Paneteca), 0 tourist, in which you can relax 100%.! the terrace of Noelia is a must.

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. A big apartment with lots of space and sunny rooftops. There are road works going on outside which made parking and getting to the apartment a bit more difficult and a little noisy and when we arrived, the cleaners had locked the key inside. However Ana arrived within half an hour to let us in. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The apartment has lots of added extras.....sun umbrella in with the washing machine, cling film and foil in the drawers...all the bits that make it like home. Thanks for having us!

The complex where the apartment is located has a beautiful and cozy flair in which you feel very comfortable. In my opinion, I feel much nicer than many modern facilities. Great location with direct access to the sea. No crossing a street necessary, great with children.

Very nice apartment. Our second stay in this complex and this apartment was better than previous one. Will target it next summer. No problems at all. Amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at José's apartment. The property itself and the location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the town but the apartment felt private and calm. The dawn views were spectacular from the seaview balcony. Easy access to the beaches was important to us but of course there is also plenty to see and do nearby. Or you can just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool area was also pristine and welcoming. Thank you for being a 5* host!

We have stayed many times now at Timea's apartment and it is perfect for our needs as a couple. It's very clean, tidy, comfortable and restful. Timea is a great and friendly host and responds well to any queries or issues we wish to raise. The location is close to the shops and beach and it is a short walk to the town centre as well. We have booked again for 2026.

We had a great week in Dunia’s apartment. The kids loved the pool, the complex was quiet and the apartment had everything we needed. Great views from the roof terrace too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Melisa was really flexible with check in, proactive with her messages and came to check we were settling in our first day. In terms of the location, there are a good handful of restaurants and a small supermarket within about 100m. A 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Cotillo will find you plenty more small restaurants and shops and there is a bigger supermarket about 10-15 min walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. We enjoyed the days in the accommodation to the fullest. Gabriel is an excellent host. Very friendly, helps where he can, always available, and you can tell how much he cares about the well-being of his guests. There are many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The location is great and waking up directly with the sound of the sea is a dream. We will definitely come back again :-)

El Nawal was a perfect and peaceful retreat, where we could totally relax and unwind. The inside and outside are beautiful and it is located a short walk from some great restaurants and an amazing bakery, which served incredible breakfast and coffee. Lajares has a very chilled surfer vibe and is a great base for exploring the north of the island. Patricia was super helpful and sent us lots of good tips. Hopefully we can return soon 🙂
