House holiday rentals in El Chaparral

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and it was exacting what we were looking for in our trip. Johanna was extremely helpful from the moment we booked till the day of check out.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Estaba todo muy limpio y la piscina maravillosa. El anfitrión ha sido muy atento y agradable y la persona encargada de recibirnos también. El alojamiento está tal cual se ve en las fotos. Además al llegar tapan las cámaras de seguridad, así que hay privacidad absoluta.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Estancia muy agradable. Zona tranquila. Nos gustó mucho la casa que tiene todo lo necesario y sus terrazas para disfrutar al aire libre. también nos gustó la piscina. Joachim fue muy amable.

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

Dit is de tweede keer dat wij hier verbleven. Wederom heerlijk genoten! veel ruimte in de woning, schoon en vooral heerlijk rustig en privé. Het privé zwembad was verwarmd wat zeer aangenaam was! kinderfaciliteiten aanwezig, zoals kinderstoel, autostoel en wat speelgoed voor in huis en in het zwembad. Zeer tevreden! Tot slot is de communicatie met de host zeer prettig en reageert zij altijd heel snel!

¡Hemos pasado un fin de semana increible! La casa es perfecta y tiene de todo, además, con la piscina y la barbacoa no te hace falta ni salir de allí. Ideal para pasar unos dias con amigos. Adela es estupenda, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Su marido, Manolo, también se ha portado genial con nosotros. Sin duda, vale la pena!! Gracias por todo

Familie på 13, derav 8 voksne og 5 barn (fra0-6 år), hadde et fantastiske opphold i dette huset og stedet. Huset og uteområde fremsto mye finere enn bildene i annonsen. Barna kosa seg i det oppvarma bassenget, vi voksne også. Utekjøkkenet var i bruk hver dag. Gangavstand til en flott strand, restauranter og lekeplasser. Vi hadde leid biler så enkelt å komme seg til Mercadona. Peter svarte raskt. Hyggelige verter på innsjekk og utsjekk. Alle var skjønt enige om at de gjerne ville tilbake til huset. Mvh Sonja

Beautiful house, very new and fresh was spotless clean. We had a car but was in walking distance to villa martin where all bars and restaurants are. Probably 15 min walk.

Ik moet zeggen lof over Delores en haar man. Het huis ziet er gezellig uit en is schoon! Er is een vaatwasser, wasmachine, flatscreen tv twee heerlijke banken. Lekkere bedden en een schaduwrijk terras. Heerlijk voor warme zomerdagen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, en een nieuwe gerenoveerde badkamer. Het is een gezellige plek in La Marina Robello. vlak bij Camping La marina. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we last van een black-out. Delores en haar man namen de moeite om ons op te zoeken en te vragen of zij iets voor ons konden doen, terwijl zij er zelf ook niets aan konden doen. Geweldig. Ik wil hier zeker nog eens komen.

This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

We had an amazing time here. The house was really clean and had exactly everything we needed for our vacation. We were a family of 7 with two little children and we appreciated a lot the fact that the house had the right conditions for a child (kitchen utensils, pool toys and eating chair). The neighborhood is really really quiet and it is perfect for running. In about 2/3 minutes by car you have Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour! Frode was very friendly and responsive and gave a very detailed list with everything we needed to know about the house, check in and check out. We love spend time in Torrevieja and this was probably the best property we had booked so far. Thank you 😀

Hemos pasado los días de Semana Santa en casa de Antonio y la hemos pasado genial, ya tenemos ganas de volver. La ubicación esta muy bien y la distribución de cuartos para los 7 del grupo fue perfecta (5 Adultos y dos Niños), incluso nuestra mascota ha disfrutado un mundo en nuestras caminatas matutinas. Antonio ha estado siempre atento, nos dio mucha flexibilidad tanto para el CheckIn como para el CheckOut, así como muchas recomendaciones locales.

El chalet es impresionante, todo limpio,amplio, nos sentimos como en casa.Buena comunicación con Sandra y con Igor.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Las fotos coincidían con la descripción. Coral, la anfitriona, estaba pendiente y en contacto en todo momento. Repetiría sin duda.

This is a beautiful and tastefully decorated, contemporary apartment with a hidden and secluded oasis at the back. Immaculately clean and clutter free with everything you need. The pool and patio is beautifully illuminated at night with an outdoor speaker for light music, just beautiful. The hosts are wonderful nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the town centre with shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. In fact, there is a cafe/restaurant on the doorstep and supermarket/petrol station across the road. You don’t need a car if you’re happy to stay in Catral. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful apartment. Thank you Jose

Excelente estadía, tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a Rosalía (Madre) que fue quien nos recibió y despidió, muy amable y pendiente a cada detalle. La casa es tal cual la descripción y las fotos, preciosa y con todas las comodidades para pasar una estadía genial, la piscina sobretodo es una gozada. El residencial es súper tranquilo, a penas te cruzas con los vecinos, perfecto para descansar. Estuvimos una familia de 9, incluyendo un niño y nos distribuimos estupendamente. Sin duda repetiríamos la experiencia.

Wij hebben genoten van jullie woning waar alles tot in de puntjes was verzorgd. Het begon al met een alle hartelijke ontvangst door Ellis. Tevens stond er op tafel een kleine attentie met een mooi kaartje met daarop een vriendelijk welkomst woord. De woning zag er perfect uit en voorzien van alle gemakken die een op een overeen kwamen met de advertentie. Tevens waren er twee prachtige fietsen beschikbaar waar we behoorlijk veel plezier van hebben gehad. Wij zijn dan ook zeer tevreden geweest met deze woning die we van harte aanbevelen aan de toekomstige huurders. Nogmaals onze hartelijke dank voor het huren van jullie prachtige woning.

First impressions count and this certainly made a very good first impression! Sharon was a superb host with prompt responses to any requests or enquiries that I made prior and during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and this was through the apartment being absolutely spotless and the attention to detail within. Our stay in this beautiful apartment was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Very highly recommended! Thank you Sharon 🙏

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marc et Cécilia. Nous avons arrivé quelques heures en avance par rapport à ce que c'était prévu et ils ont été très réactifs pour nous faciliter l'accès au logement. L'appartement est accueillant, très propre et bien utilé. La climatisation et le ventilateur d'appoint sont un bonus par les fortes chaleurs. Stationnement facile devant l'habitation ou dans la rue. Les voisins sont serviables. Nous recommandons nos hôtes et nous reviendrons une prochaine fois.
