Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Alicante. Alles war in Ordnung und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders die Aussicht hat mir gut gefallen – man konnte wirklich schön auf die Umgebung blicken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat mir bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Det er et dejligt område, det ligger i et boligkvarter, så man møder mange lokale. Det er absolut ikke et område for gangbesværede, men meget charmerende. Marlena og Gøran er meget søde og hjælpsomme.

Miejsce spokojne, ale piękne. Widok na morze, z mieszkania słychać szum fal. Gospodarze przesympatyczni i pomocni. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce. Wszystko było idealne.

Muy buen alojamiento

Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

Es un apartamento perfecto para un plan como el nuestro (una escapada en pareja de 5 días). La playa al lado, el tram también, buenos restaurantes y el centro de alicante a unos 15 min en el tram. El apartamento es pequeño, pero no hechas en falta nada. Por la noche ni un solo ruido. La comunicación con Rubén fue excelente, por teléfono me informo de todo al momento, e incluso se encargó el mismo de reservarnos el taxi al aeropuerto. Estadía perfecta, volveremos por el apartamento, el anfitrión y por la playa que es espectacular

Encantada con la dueña y con el alojamiento. Excelente ubicación, a una calle de la playa. El apartamento da a una calle poco transitada por lo que la calidad de sueño y la tranquilidad están aseguradas. Todo muy limpio y no le falta detalle alguno. Volvería a alojarme. Gracias!

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Patricias "Rêve Marin" ist ein sehr hübsches und geräumiges Appartement, in dem wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und das Bett hat eine gute und sehr bequeme Matratze. Wir empfanden die Raumaufteilung als optimal und schätzten die offene Küche sowie das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (die Strasse ist auf der vorderen Seite der Anlage) und das Meeresrauschen vermissen wir bereits. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Un grand merci ! Nos vacances n’auraient pas pu être mieux, le logement était vraiment top, très propre, la piscine fut un gros atout. Le tram à deux pas était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements autant à Alicante qu’à Benidorm. Nous recommandons !

Thank you Ana,your property was perfect location for our relaxing beach holiday we had planned. Location was amazing and really handy to pop back for lunch/rest from the sun at lunchtime (if needed). Lots of lovely restaurants and bars all within walking distance too. Tram station was a 10/15min walk and so cheap to travel to Alicante (1..45 euros single) and so easy to use. The apartment had everything you require,washing capsules,dish washer tablets,shopping bags (very handy), shampoo etc. We loved the fact that we had use of the beach chairs and sun umbrella which we used everyday. Loved the apartment as felt so safe.

The apartment was very clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped – even with beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in really handy! The location is truly unbeatable: just 50 meters from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants, breakfast spots, and shops nearby. Free street parking was always available, which made things super easy. Communication with Kim and Willem, who manage the property, was excellent. They were always responsive and even brought us fresh towels during our stay – very nice. Based on the reviews, we expected it to be noisy – but it wasn’t at all. We slept with the windows open every night. The street is quite narrow, so you do hear the occasional car passing by, but it never disturbed our sleep – not even the kids’. We felt completely at home and can absolutely recommend this place!

Very nice stay here. Extremely friendly owners. We forgot the keys one day, and we got help almost immediately. Would recommend 10/10. Beautiful view of the sea.

Absolutely loved our stay at this seafront Airbnb! The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and breathtaking sunrises every morning. The property itself had such a relaxing vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our host was incredibly proactive and attentive—when we asked for a blender, they promptly provided a new one without hesitation. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise, Ovi hat uns mega geholfen, war immer erreichbar und ist super nett. Es hat alles rundum gepasst, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Perfekt!!

My Mum and I stayed in José and Josefa's apartment - we wanted somewhere that is flat and easy to walk to both the beach and restaurants as she isn't very mobile - this was just perfect. The sunrise view from the dining area is stunning and the apartment is lovely with all the amenities we needed, and two supermarkets within close walking distance. The personal & friendly check-in was appreciated after our flight and taxi were delayed. We would definitely recommend.

Rosario apartment is great. The location is perfect, next to the beach, lift directly to the marina and beach. We loved it. A real plus is the large balcony (7th floor) with stunning views. Comfy sun loungers, with dining table and chairs - great for breakfast. Beach amenities - umbrella and chairs were a great bonus. The apartment is open plan, spacious and sunny. Full kitchen, large fridge, comfortable bathroom. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets along the promenade. Great fish tavern opposite the apartment. Tram nearby 10-15 walk. We visited attractions in Alicante, Benidorm, Altea. Quick and convenient. I would recommend the apartment to anyone as it is 5 stars. Rosario was great and made life very easy for us. Maite est vraiment une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante ( et qui parle très bien français!). L’appartement est parfait, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement qui offre une magnifique vue sur la mer.
