Nous avons passé 3 jours formidables en famille dans l'appartement d'Aida : l'appartement est situé au RDC sur rue, avec une terrasse agréable sur cour (très sympathique de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse). L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, très propre et confortable. Il est aussi très bien situé car proche du jardin de Turia tout en étant à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il faut noter la réactivité et l'accueil incroyables de notre hôte : Aida a été très flexible et nous a donné une série de recommandations très utiles, allant jusqu'à réserver un restaurant pour nous et mettre à disposition des petits croissants frais et du vin blanc au frigo. Mille merci Aida ! On recommande vivement son appartement !

Mi estancia en este piso fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, perfecta para explorar la ciudad a pie. El apartamento estaba impecable: limpio, ordenado y muy cómodo. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue José como anfitrión. Su atención y dedicación me recordaron a los inicios de Airbnb, cuando los hosts realmente se esmeraban en darte consejos locales y hacerte sentir como en casa. Además, tuvo el detalle de ofrecerme una pequeña muestra de la ciudad, lo que hizo mi experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda, lo recomiendo y repetiría!

Overall, great place to stay, especially if you have small kids as the area is very family-friendly. Apt was clean; hosts were responsive and very walkable to Playa Patacona (loved this beach as it was quiet and always had space for us), and I personally loved having the pool option in the building. Here's what I would advise for those that are visiting Valencia for the first time (like us) and don't know where to stay - if you want easy access to the beach, this is great. HOWEVER you are far from the city center and if you don't have a car (like us), expect to pay a lot for Ubers/Taxis/Cabify. Since we do not normally rent a car in international destinations, I didn't think this distance was going to be a problem but we usually had to wait 10-15 minutes for an Uber/Taxi to arrive for pick up. Again this is NOT the fault of the hosts; just sharing for first time Valencia visitors.

Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

We couldnt ask for a more responsive host. Ramón and Jorge who was helping him made sure to resolve all problems we had and did so without making us feel like we are bothering. Communication was very easy and quick. The apartament was very big and had everything you could wish for. We were very happy there was an umbrella that guests could take with them to the beach. There was a smart tv with various apps and live tv. The apartment was located in a peaceful neighborhood. Lacking restaurants that are open midday but its mostly because its not a touristic area and Spanish people dont eat during that time. It takes around 28 minutes to reach the beach and around 15 mins to reach the city of arts and science. Very good public transport options if you don't like walking or too reach places that are more far away. Overall, if all hosts treated guests like Ramón and Jorge treated us, traveling would be much more enjoyable.

Het huis is mooi en modern. Het is voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben er een fijn verblijf gehad. Er komt wel wat geluid vanaf de straat, het is best wel gehorig. De wijk is ook erg leuk, veel restaurants in de buurt.

My family and I stayed for one week at the Valencia apartment and had a great experience. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Turia Park, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We appreciated how well-equipped everything was, making it easy to feel at home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Apartamento muy cómodo y bonito. Cerca de tiendas y de la playa. Mariana, la mujer que nos recibió fue un encanto! La zona nos ha encantado, asique sin duda volveremos!

Antonio es súper anfitrión, es amable y cercano. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. No falta detalle, todo muy coqueto. Cómodo acceso a la playa y a los supers. Al lado del apartamento parada del bus 112A para Valencia. Todo comodidades. De agradecer carro para la compra, sillas y sombrilla para la playa. También nos puso en contacto con un taxista de su confianza para llevarnos al aeropuerto Moltes gràcies Antonio e Isabel.😘😘

El departamentos es tal cual las descripciones si bien está un poco retirado del centro en 20 minutos podes llegar con cualquier transporte público desde el lugar. El departamento está bien equipado y Tomas se ocupó de dejarnos agua leche, cafe etc. se agradece muchísimo. Recomendable 100x100

Nos fuimos muy contentos con la estancia en el piso de Fabrizio. Ha sido muy atento y paciente con nuestras solicitudes. El piso cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas, muy bien equipado,limpio y cómodo. La zona donde se encuentra es muy bonita y relativamente cerca de los puntos de interés y muy cerquita de la playa. También en la zona hay muchos bares y restos y supermercados para hacer las compras necesarias. Recomendable 100%. Sin duda si tuviéramos que volver, repetiríamos!

Ringrazio Mayte per la sua disponibilità e gentilezza durante il soggiorno. La casa si trova in un’ottima posizione, vicina a due centri commerciali e a 5 minuti dalla città delle arti e delle scienze. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per la durata del soggiorno e inoltre la piscina del condominio è ottima e poco affollata.

Eine schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Man ist schnell im Park oder bei der Kathedrale. Die Wohnung war für drei Leute auch groß genug. Wir würden auch beim nächsten Besuch versuchen die Wohnung wieder zu Buchen.

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und man kann den großen gepflegten Pool für die Anlage mitbenutzen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den man problemlos kostenlos vor dem Haus parken kann und so ist man in 20 Minuten mitten in Valencia. Es gibt aber auch eine gut funktionierende Busverbindung. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer, sehr gerne wieder.

Carla fue muy atenta y amable y nos dio una cálida bienvenida. El apartamento mejor aún que lo que se veía en las fotos, estaba decorado con muy buen gusto, impecablemente limpio y tenía todo los necesario. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita para relajarse y descansar cerca del mar. Super recomendable y esperamos poder repetir en cuanto podamos.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

Nos ha encantado este alojamiento! Pilar una anfitriona espectacular, siempre pendiente. El apartamento estaba impecable y con muchos detallitos por parte de la anfitriona, cafe, leche, agua, bombones… Una casa preciosa, decorada con gusto, confortable. La urbanizaciòn también genial, plaza de garaje, piscina, zonas ajardinadas y tranquilidad. A todo esto añadir a 5 min paseando a la playa y al lado de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y supemercados. Pilar también nos recomendò un par de sitios para comer y comprar que nos vinieron muy bien. Un sitio para repetir sin ninguna duda!!! Gracias Pilar!!!

Vi bodde två veckor i Veronicas fina lägenhet. Allt var mycket bra i boendet. Mycket välutrustad kök. Du kan nästan laga vilken maträtt du vill där, utrustningen räcker till var du än vill göra för maträtt. Ett par minuters promenad till stranden och det finns två fina strandstolar till förfogande. Wi-Fi är bra. Området är mycket lugnt och tryggt. En stor fin pool och en mycket välvårdad trädgård att njuta av. Bra bussförbindelse till centrum. Det tar cirka 40 minuter. Vill du ha en skön semester så hyr Veronicas lägenhet!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!
