Clean, well equipped, spacious apartment. Great location close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. we had a great stay here

I absolutely loved stay here! The place was in a great spot, very close to bus stops that took you right into the city. The beach was a five minute walk so perfect for mornings before heading into the city! The place was very clean and had all amenities necessary. I will be staying here again if I am in Valencia!

The experience in Valencia was very nice and we will definitely return. The apartment is very well located, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the transport stop is across the road. Regards

Hosts available , welcoming and flexible for Check in . The apartment is located near the sea in a nice and dynamic neighborhood. To reach the city center the metro is 10 minutes walk . Direct line from the airport . The apartment is very well equipped and decorated . Do not stop at the storefront . The only downside but it's not very inconvenient is the sewage odor rise in the bathroom .

Lovely flat - well appointed and comfortable. Maria was a lovely host who had good recommendations and thoughtful commendations. We would stay again if in the area.

The apartment is clean and tidy and the neighborhood is calm and quiet. It's around ten minutes walk from the beach, and 55 minutes walk from old town (if walking is your thing of course ;). You can always use public transport, but I never did. There's a grocery store in the building where you can get everything you need. Ismael is a very helpful and responsive host. Considering the price I payed it was definitely worth staying in this apartment.

Very pleasant stay. The accommodation is as described, and the amenities provided are complete. Whether for use at home or outside. The host is responsive and accompanies you throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would come back again 100% It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, very stylish and clean with good amenities! The location is great too as it’s a quiet street but close to the beach and lots of nice food places nearby. The only downsides were some issues with the trip switches, but the hosts were always responsive and helpful in fixing these.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

A wonderful apartment so close to everything including the delicious restaurant downstairs! It is in the mix of everything so street noise of happy people can be heard until around midnight but there are shutters and AC and we slept just fine. Highly recommend!

Great location, 3 minutes to the promenade, 3 minutes to the metro and bus stop. Vincente is super friendly and helps where he can! The Airbnb is very well equipped! We even got beach towels. I would book it again anytime:-)

We went to Valencia to go to the beach and were delighted that Sergio’s apartment was so close to the best beach in the area. Sergio’s apartment was well stocked (even had beach chairs) and was close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. One afternoon we enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the area. The apartment is also well decorated, and Sergio is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at his place again!

The apartment was easy to find, thanks to the helpful information and Roberto personally welcomed us. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, offer enough space and was very clean. The metro is right around the corner so we could go right into the center. We were also able to park our car well in the streets of the neighborhood. We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Thanks Roberto for everything - we will be happy to come back.

We were in contact with Victoria. She was very friendly and gave us tips on the public transport system and places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s apartment, he was a generous, kind and attentive host. The apartment was very comfortable, tastefully furnished and pristine clean. The location was perfect for easy travel to lovely beaches, the beautiful Turia Park, the amazing and vibrant central area and the charming back streets full of character and friendly people. Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place. Although I only stayed one night due to another trip, Maria did a wonderful taking care of my parents and 2 year old for the next few days. I would recommend this place for 2 couples or a family of 4/5 if they want to explore Valencia. This was a great location which made our stay extra special.

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
