Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eisenstadt-Umgebung District

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

We had a great 4-day stay as a family of five in the "Haus am See". The house was very nice and exactly what we expected based on the description. It is very well-equipped and you will find everything you need. Communication with Benedikt was straightforward and friendly. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back! Thank you.

Very friendly and open-minded hosts, with an extremely beautiful holiday accommodation, in a quiet area with a village character. The immediate surroundings invite you to take long walks. By bike, you can also reach other villages without much effort (because the immediate area is relatively flat). A culinary highlight is also the cabbage salad, which can be purchased in farm shops in Seibersdorf (!) - extremely digestible and a treat for the taste buds! All in all highly recommended!

The location of the house and the outside space onto the lake was perfect

We were there for the second time with our children and once again enthusiastic about both the apartment and the contact. In addition, personal wishes were very much taken into account. We'd go back any time!

A simple but comfortable accomodation with everything that a couple or a small family may need . Bycicles are provided at the scene, and the B10 bicycle road is close, so the location is ideal for bike trips. Mario was accessible and ready to help. His parents live close in the neighbourhood, they were kind and helpful to us when we needed help with the bikes or the heating. Oggau is a small, calm place in a really nice landscape surrounding it.

Margot and her husband are extremely nice, very concerned about the well-being of their guests, in a word adorable! Check-in was easy. The accommodation is a small paradise well hidden behind a large door typical of the area. Once you cross the threshold, the charm takes over: various plants dot the entrance, nice garden furniture allows you to rest. The apartment is wonderful. It is spacious, very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The lounge area and its library allow reading and relaxation. We highly recommend this listing!

We felt super comfortable from the beginning to the end of the stay. It was almost like visiting good friends. The stay in the garden was also simply beautiful. We received good tips for our bike tours on the lake. If we come back to this area, we will become "repeat guests"

We loved staying at Johannes's apartment. Very good communication with our host, he was there to welcome us and explain what we needed to know. Apartment is really, really beautiful! We felt at home from the first moments. The bed is super comfortable, it wasn't too hot in the summer and we were very close to several villages to go to the vineyards. The terrace is simply beautiful as well. We recommend this apartment warmly.:)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located in Pottendorf with a bakery across the road, and the bus stop around the corner to allow us explore the locality. The apartment is very comfortable and we really enjoyed it. Thank you Gerhard and Heide.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and photos, we liked it very much. There was plenty of space. Our special request to load our e-bikes was easily addressed. The restaurant tips were great. Overall, we felt very comfortable with the Hanifl family and spent very nice days.

The accommodation is very quietly located on a small mountain with great views, and yet you are in the heart of the city in just under 10 minutes! Chaikin was simple and uncomplicated, local recommendations were very good! If I'm in the area again, I can hopefully stay longer next time!

Great apartment with lots of space, in a quiet location in Vienna's suburbs, near Vienna airport. Restaurants and grocery store across the street. Appreciated free indoor parking and quaint private backyard. Kitchen was equipped ok. Great wifi. Our family appreciated our short stay in the apartment.

We (5 girls group) wanted to spend New Year's Eve in Vienna and were looking for a place to stay nearby, as Vienna was comparatively very expensive for the period. It was always worth it! It took us less than 20 minutes to Vienna by car (faster than previously shown from maps) and always had free and free parking in Bad Vöslau. There was also a supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient. However, the uploaded images do not do justice to this listing. It looks a lot nicer on site! We all didn't expect that and were positively surprised. The apartment was also very clean! (personal plus: the shoes are taken off inside) In the evening of New Year's Eve, we were also surprised with a tray of sparkling wine glasses and a sparkling wine bottle at the doorstep. Very nice gesture! Otherwise, we really had a lot of privacy and can't complain otherwise. Clear recommendation! :)

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Thanks a lot for warm welcome! We enjoyed the stay and friendliness of host. Denis’s mom treated us with homemade bread. The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable, which is important to me.
