A hut in the nature, with a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace. There is a outdoor shower, with gas, so you have warm water. We have some animals around the farm, and Stefan build a nature playground out of wood from our own forest. There is also a meeting room with a normal toilet and a fridge. This you can use, if it is not rent out.

Upper floor barrier-free with large wing, bedroom, reading corner, work area, bathroom and the large kitchen-living room with 2 kitchen areas. Lower floor: 2nd bedroom with bathroom, children's corner. Our garden: large pool with counter-current system, large grill, lounge corner with pergola and terrace with large awning. 💗

Our renovated accommodation in a top location is 50 m², family friendly and well connected. The Guntramsdorf WLB station, about a 10-minute walk away, offers direct connections to Vienna and Baden. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, doctors and Heurige are also within walking distance. The ground floor apartment is accessible via a key box. Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival.
