Quiet courtyard with teak furniture, barbecue facilities and lounge corner as well as several everyday bicycles for children and adults and a beach cabin with beach chairs in the seaside resort.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem umgebauten Streckhof im Ortsteil St. Georgen. Ein Streckhof besteht für gewönlich aus 2 Häusern, die über einen Innenhof (bei uns überdacht) verbunden sind. In einem Haus befindet sich die Ferienwohnung, das andere Haus bewohnen wir selbst. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 x Doppelbett und 1x Einzelbett), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie eine Wohn-Küche, mit Esstisch und Sofa. Gerne kannst du unseren Garten zum Relaxen und auch zum Grillen nutzen.

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

Bicycle garage and free parking right in front of the host's house. 10 to 20 min by car to St.Margarethen (Opera Festival), Rust(wine town on Lake Neusiedl), Mörbisch(operetta) or 5 min to Eisenstadt(Haydnstadt). Everything is also comfortably accessible by bicycle.

Unser geräumiges Haus in Oslip City liegt perfekt für (Rad-) Ausflüge an den Neusiedlersee sowie nach St. Margarethen (Opernfestspiele und Family Park für Groß und Klein), Rust und Mörbisch (Seefestspiele) sowie Eisenstadt. Oslip ist ein verschlafener Ort, berühmt für die Csello Mühle. Zentral gelegen bietet Oslip eine Oase der Entspannung als auch Action und Abenteuer in der Nähe.

Das 55m2 große Anwesen unterteilt sich in Vorraum, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Dusche und WC sowie einem geräumigen klimatisierten Wohn- Ess-Schlafraum welcher mit einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche samt befülltem Kaffeevollautomaten, einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet ist.

From the sheltered terrace, you can enjoy the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the wind all day. No matter what time of year, the cozy house is the ideal starting point for sporting activities to discover nature or enjoy the picturesque sunsets.
