Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

This house was absolutely central to all the activities we planned for our trip to Annapolis. Located in a wonderful neighborhood and a beautiful walk away from a tasty coffee shop!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s place! The pool is amazing and the whole outdoor area is great. With the grill, chairs and tables, outdoor fire (two of them!) we had such a great weekend escape. Very quiet area, we didn’t see the hosts the whole time which made it feel private. They were so responsive and helpful all weekend. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Brandon's place was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable space. The location was great and Brandon is an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to relax after a busy, fun-filled day in the surrounding areas. Kara was responsive to all communication! I even had a wheelchair delivered there for me to use at the outings due to a ruptured Achilles & it was delivered early & she stored it for me on her screened in porch. The bathroom floor is heated which is nice. The shower is handicap accessible & has a bench built in! All around was a wonderful, peaceful place & the hot tub was great to relax in after a day out as well! Kara was amazing! Would definitely Italy stay there again!

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I loved our stay! It was a lovely little neighborhood. Alex and Shelby’s place was everything that we needed. Cute and quaint. Only the slightest of pitter patters heard from upstairs. Very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Convenient for public transportation and provided metro cards were a great gift. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the DC area!

A wonderful place to Get-away, have a working vacay, appreciate the outdoors. It's quiet and rests the eyes. Our family agreed that this home is like a ski chalet not on a mountain but rather in Miniature America Maryland on a river. Would love to return.

Yangchen’s place was spotless and the perfect location for our drive down to Washington DC this weekend. It was quiet and calm and a great place to relax after a long day of adventuring. My friends and I all got our rest and relaxation in. I would definitely stay again during our trips to DC/Baltimore.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Words can’t describe how incredible this home/property is! You have the option to just sit by the water or in the hammock watching the birds play and fish jump, or you can do one of the MANY activities Molly has provided for you. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pickleball, yards games, pool activities, etc are all provided. The family room is all windows so it not only provides the most incredible breeze- it is great for enjoying all the sights even if you’re not outside in it. Inside there are tons of toys for kids- you do not have to bring a thing if you have kids. They have inside toys, outside toys, kids life jackets, goggles, water balloons, rafts, floaties, pack and play…. Molly and her family have thought of it ALL. We are already talking about coming back. Molly was the best host- responsive, helpful and inviting.

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was SO close to everything and the walkability to some great restaurants was great! Greg was very informative and responsive and I def recommend taking advantage of the parking offered, well worth it in this busy neighborhood. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, everything was well labled and the kitchen had everything you need to cook! The home and the the neighborhood were very charming and if you like unique stays, I'd def recommend checking it out! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We found Paul’s home very comfortable and accommodating. Paul was accessible when we reached out to him and he communicated well with us. It was a very nice location with a fantastic view of the bay, as we hoped for.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Dorie and her daughter are wonderful hosts. The area is nice and walkable. We took a walk everday while there. Central to shopping and parks. It is a family neighborhood. Dorie initiated contact several times during our trip to see if we needed anything, to clarify check out instructions, and to let us know she was available if needed. This apartment is upstairs, the host lives below. You will enter through your own private entrance. As far as the dust or noise others mentioned...that was not our experience. This isn't a hotel. Theres no housekeeping. The homes aren't brand new. Its a charming apartment with great hosts in a sweet little neighborhood. Think of staying at your aunts place, not the Ritz. If your standards are perfection, you'd likely prefer a hotel. If you are more relaxed and want a ready made apartment that feels more like home than a vacation spot, this is your spot.
