Waterfront holiday rentals in Edgewater

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach property. The second-floor apartment was bright, airy, and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the standout features was the private parking, which gave us peace of mind and added convenience, especially being so close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

A wonderful beach respite! Lovely area, great restaurants, wonderful welcoming hosts—felt like home! Nearby Sandy Hook beach / reserve is gorgeous. Lorine and Lizette are truly super hosts. They have thought of everything! The house is well equipped, comfortable and has everything you will need. We loved the porch, the view — and you can see the sunrise. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. We slept like babies. We visited historic lighthouses. Highly recommend!

Dopo diverse volte a Manhattan abbiamo deciso di vivere l’esperienza di un appartamento nel New Jersey. L’alloggio ottimamente collegato con Manhattan (circa 10 minuti di Path ) ha una vista mozzafiato sullo skyline. Spazioso e ben arredato, ha tutto quello che serve per godere di un’ottima vacanza. A due passi da casa, letteralmente, si trovano un grande supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Zona tranquilla e perfetta per piacevoli passeggiate. Arthur e Gabby sono stati super reattivi per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e molto disponibili in generale.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely and comfortable apartment. It was the perfect space to come to each day we travelled to the beach and restaurants nearby.

Le logement est très bien situé à deux pas de l’arrêt des bus pour Manhattan. Ils passent toutes les 10 minutes, par 3 ou 4 aux heures de pointes et vous déposent à Time Square en 20 minutes ! Hyper pratique. La vue et la promenade le long de l’Hudson sont incroyables. Il y a une supérette et des restaurants à un pâté de maison. Le logement est impeccable, propre et bien tenu. India est très réactive en cas de questions ou de problème. L’environnement est très relaxant après l’agitation de Manhattan ! Je recommande vivement !

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

This place was perfect! We were 2 parents with 4 kids and my elderly father. Jamie answered all of my questions promptly and was super helpful. The place was clean and we loved it. It was easy to get to NYC by bus and nice to be a little removed all at the same time. Great restaurants and views near her place. The kids said they loved it and it was unforgettable. My dad, me, and my husband had a wonderful time, too. All in all, highly recommend!

We booked both of these units for my entire family that was in town for the week. It was perfect! We ended up Uber-ing to Jackson Heights MTA and took the subway into the city form there. On the way back, we would just Uber directly back since everyone was so exhausted. It would cost about $60-90 for an Uber XL. It worked fine for us. There's no way that a group as large as ours would've been able to accommodate in any of the Airbnb's in the city within the same price range. The unit itself was well maintained. Clean bathrooms. Enough utensils and dishes for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would do it again if the need arises!

I cannot thank Rick enough for the use of his beautiful, fun home with gorgeous views! I rented the house for the weekend for my husband’s 60th with his 3 friends and it was perfect despite the weather. They loved it! Rick was extremely communicative and offered a lot of information as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at this property over the New Year's holiday. The house is in a great location on a quiet street and has a beautiful view of the lake. The space was great for our family with two children - plenty of sleeping space / arrangement options and comfortable to relax inside or out. Can easily accommodate a larger family or group without feeling overcrowded, despite the single bathroom. Santino is a great host with quick communication and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to this property in our future stays to NJ!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 10 and 12). The place is nice and clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, bathrooms had toothbrushes and travel sized toiletries. Each bedroom had water bottles and the rooms were very spacious, the sectional couch in the living room was huge and comfy! Yariv was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was highly appreciated. The basement had lots of games for adults and kids of any age, including toddlers. We went during the Memorial Day weekend and on Memorial Day there is a parade that passes super close to the property, about a 45 second walk away, which was surprising and great, our kids really liked that! It's also very close to the Lakeview Marina, where we chartered a boat and went fishing. Overall it was a great weekend getaway for our family and we will surely be back at this property!

Wonderful stay at this peaceful, beautiful lake house. The hosts were great in all communication and prep for our stay. Very accommodating and sincere. Response times were fast and thoughtful. Beautiful home and peaceful, clean lake. Well organized kitchen and very nice bedrooms. Upfront instructions and check out was a super breeze (no pressure to do a ton of chores like other places). Sunrise Lakehouse had amazing views! House was clean, had lots & lots of amenities, kitchen was well stocked, tons of family games, & beds were very comfy. The pool table & movie theatre was a huge hit. The hosts provided very detailed info & stayed in touch just to make sure everything was good. They responded extremely quickly whenever we reached out. Highly recommend this house to all those looking to spend some time in the area. Thank you for sharing your home! We had a wonderful time!

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and safe in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main area of shops and restaurants. Beds are large and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again if available when we are in town. Host was responsive and communicative. Clear instructions for check in. Everything went smoothly.

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!

Gorgeous location, great transport right on the doorstep and a lovely spot to take in the NYC skyline. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
