Dean was the best host my girlfriend and I have had! He is proactive, friendly, great with communication, and provides everything you need for a great stay. Not only this, but the place was extremely comforting and beautiful! We had an amazing stay and would love to stay here again! Not to mention this place is an amazing price for how nice the stay was! Thank you Dean! You rock😎

The apartment was spacious was spacious and well equipped, easy to get in and out, and host was helpful and attentive. Very comfortable!

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break and we absolutely loved it! The location was great and the house came with SO many kitchen appliances, towels, storage space, etc… Kory was extremely responsive and so kind. We had a great time 🤗

What a perfect spot to wake up in and return to at the end of several long days of work! Coffee in a rocker on the sun porch in the morning and an extremely comfortable bed were the ideal bookends. Emily's space is tranquil and unique - I felt like I was staying at the home of a good friend who just happened to have an extra apartment upstairs to spare! I also loved having a separate office/work space and the wifi was terrific. I hope to return the next time I'm in Evanston/Chicago for work!

My husband and I brought our grandson to Chicago from Florida to celebrate his graduation from high school. Eric’s place was comfortable and perfect, with 2 bedrooms and very comfy beds awaiting us after all the walking we did. Excellent air conditioner/hearing…very quick and efficient. When we had questions, Eric replied quickly.

This apartment has a great location - private, quiet, nice residential street - but is also just a short walk from groceries, coffee shops and public transport. It is pretty large, warm and has windows that look out on a lovely green garden. It is part of a family home - everything feels friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed meeting the hosts. Thank you to Mark who checked in with us after we arrived and responded quickly to all our questions.

My family found Laura's place exactly like we thought it to be. The pictures gave us the "feel" even before we entered. Laura was quickly responding to my every question or note and showed respect and appreciation for us being there. I highly recommend this unit AND Laura. She is FIVE STAR in every way! We even had an off street parking spot in the rear of the unit! What convenience and safety in this big city. My hope is that each AirBnB unit we might rent in the future would be managed by someone as personable and professional as Laura.

An absolutely amazing stay with incredible hosts! It literally felt like a true home away from home...tastefully decorated, modern, with everything provided to make my stay comfortable. My hosts were super responsive and friendly---they are definitely at the top of my list for my future stays in Chicago!

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

We enjoyed our 2nd visit as much as the 1st. Great location! Wonderful hosts! Cool house! Comfortable beds! Beautiful serene backyard. (=

The moment I walked in, it feels like home! The house is very nicely decorated, and it has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked and she even has a basketball for my kid to play with in the court right in front of the house. She even welcomes the guests with a nice bar of chocolate , card and fresh flowers! We will stay here again if we visit Evanston!

This is our second stay at this location and we hope to return again in the future. It is a very well-maintained place in a safe location. Also, we love how clean it is!

Nicole and Ryan's place was amazing to host a large amount of people. It had plenty of space for everyone to hang out. The outside spaces were also a huge plus to the home. We thought all the bedrooms were great and super comfy. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

The renovated classic Chicago greystone is spectacular. This is an amazing update of an architectural gem. The space has all modern amenities but the character and charm are thoroughly maintained. The spaces are spotless. Rogers Park is a wonderful lakeside neighborhood and is a melting pot of ethnicities and cultures. There are great restaurants within walking distance as well as close by in Evanston, Andersonville, etc. The Metra and the El are an easy walk. Lillian was so accommodating and proactive. We loved this stay and will be back.

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

Planned a weekend trip with our daughters and their partners to Chicago. Loved this location being outside of the city but very conveniently located to public transit. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of room for 6 adults. A perk was the driveway parking space for our car. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again when visiting Chicago!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

Affordable, quick & easy booking / check-in & check-out…it’s great spot for a quick trip to chicago for a night or two! We used the parking lot area across the alleyway, rented one of the spot hero spaces which was not the most convenient parking situation but it’s the city sooo kinda usual! The ONLY thing i wish that had been mentioned was that it was right next door to a fire dept. one pair of ear plugs were provided but just ya wish i had researched the location just a lil bit more… thanks again for welcoming us to stay :)

Loved this spot! It was exactly where we wanted to be located - walkable to Aragon. the place felt clean, had high tech amenities, walkable to coffee and Eateries, convenient to train station. Lots of natural light, well decorated, cool stuff to look at and read. would stay here again.
