Peaceful haven of calm and tranquility, with the most friendly and helpful hosts, and what a view! We loved our few days at The Lookout.

Simon was really helpful and available at all times for any queries. He gave great recommendations for local restaurants etc and the place is central with free parking opposite.

We had a wonderful stay — the apartment is beautifully designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and ease. The location is peaceful and full of charm, just a short walk to the sea and lovely local cafes. Louise was an exceptionally kind and responsive host — generous with her time and recommendations, and genuinely caring. We felt warmly welcomed from the very start. Thank you for creating such a delightful home away from home!

Close to the beach and pier

An amazing stay all round! The apartment was really easy to find and so close to the sea front and city centre. Kasia was very responsive and answered any questions I had. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was extremely helpful. Super lovely and would absolutely stay here again.

Sam was very helpful and easily contactable The Lookout is an amazing space, great views and peaceful location - less than 5 minutes walk to the seafront If I was moving to Eastbourne I would love to live in this property I will definitely be coming back

Lovely flat close to the station and town centre, it was a perfect base for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious but cosy, great for evenings relaxing with dinner and a glass on wine. The space is sympathetic to original features but mixed with some modern touches. Definitely recommend a stay and we will look forward to visiting again. Thank you James

I had the most wonderful stay in Carla’s beautiful annexe. The location is incredible. Being able to sit at the end of the garden in the mornings watching the sea was so wonderful. It was just so peaceful and tranquil and was exactly what I needed! Plus you can be on the beach in 2 mins. The Annexe itself was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean and no details had been overlooked. Really comfy sofa and bed and beautifully furnished. Carla was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. All in all this was a perfect stay for a short break away from the business of life. I would definitely return when I am looking for some time to myself. Thank you so much Carla for your hospitality 🙏🏻🥰

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

The perfect kind of place I wish I had for myself. Perfectly placed near to the beach amd amenities. The host was so lovely and made sure our stay was just perfect. Clean, tidy and just a really nice place overall.

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Sarah's apartment was perfect, the location was great, flat was spotless and it was exactly as described. Lovely kind gesture of a bottle of prosecco when we checked in. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Hove. We broke a plate and Sarah was super understanding. Thank you Sarah.

Just enough space for 2 for 2 nights! Lots of amenities provided to make stay comfortable. Parking provided is a street over but day permits can be purchased to allow for parking outside property. Be aware lower vehicles may struggle with free parking provided! Will was very accommodating and willing to help, great host.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Lise’s property. The flat exceeded our expectations, it wS incredibly spacious with fantastic views of the beach and the pier. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay in Brighton!

The Seapig was perfect for a few days exploring Brighton. It's a beautiful, fun, happy space with everything we needed. It was really clean and surprisingly quiet at night even though it's so close to lots of great bars and restaurants in Kemptown. The seaview was also lovely. Kieran was a great host and we highly recommend staying at The Seapig! :)

My boyfriend and I stayed in Carole's apartment for a long weekend. We felt very at home, and had a nice view of the sea. The place was nice and clean and had home comforts. Carole was easy to contact and gave good details we needed. We would definitely like to stay in Carole's apartment again.

Absolutely lovely apartment, clean, very comfy bed, really peaceful, having a parking space was so important to us, lots of resturants nearby and not far to walk to the seafront. Hosts were so friendly and always available if any questions were asked. Would highly recommend. Will return when visiting Brighton again!
