Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastbourne

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

A great little place for the weekend. Had everything we needed with some awesome wine bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! An absolute gem of an Airbnb! Even better than the photos - the views from the flat are just so stunning and peaceful. And the balcony offered a lovely sun trap with views to the sea from one side. Everything was comfortable and homely and the 30 second walk to the beach was perfect. Rachel was really friendly and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I will definitely go back the first chance I get! Thank you ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, very clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable—everything we were hoping for. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, which got plenty of sun and was perfect for relaxing. Parking was spot on, right outside the property, which made things super easy. The location is excellent too—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was ideal. The host had great communication throughout, which really helped everything go smoothly. This trip was a birthday present for my wife, and it honestly couldn’t have been better—thank you so much!

If you are planning a trip to Eastbourne we highly recommend staying here. The outdoor space means you can BBQ and two TVs keep the kids entertained in their own space.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. The place was very clean & tidy. The outside area was spacious & useful area to play with our dog. It was secure for dogs as long as front gate was closed which it almost always was. It was a good base to explore the local area. Thank you

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

This little cottage is a hidden gem. It is so comfy and cosy and so very stylish. We would happily move in! The beds were super comfy, and the host had thought of everything you could possibly need to make the stay easy and feel like a home from home. Highly recommend you stay here.

I highly recommend this lovely property. It is very convenient for pubs and restaurants and all that Rye has to offer. We made use of the little area with table and chairs at the back of the property to drink a cup of tea and there is a lovely place just next door which did an excellent afternoon tea. I loved the bath in the bedroom- such a treat!

Abigail was such a lovely, friendly and considerate host, making us feel very welcome and provided the check in details in good time. Abigail also provided details of how to find parking in the area which was very importance to us as its difficult to find parking in Brighton. The house was clean, well maintained and everything and I would highly recommend this place. Next time I'm in Brighton, I would definitely stay here!

We had a great stay at Carol‘s house. It was beautifully located with stunning views on the sea. The house was very nice with everything needed. We did not miss anything. The bed was very comfortable. The parking situation was also very good. We always found a parking directly at the house. We always walked into town which was very easy but of course on the way back it‘s a walk up the hill but absolutely fine. We very much enjoyed our stay at the house.

We had a great time getting together with our family! There were 8 of us and there was ample space for everyone. The bathrooms are very nice and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking! We had a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay and the host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly! One tip: there are LOTS of stairs. This was ok for us but just something to keep in mind if you have anyone in your party that may have trouble with stairs.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

To be very honest, our jaw dropped on entry at the quality of everything in the apt. Serious care and attention has clearly been given to put this apt on a very high level. Courtyard is another bonus. Bathrooms / showers fantastic …..great spaces locally for walking the dog. Ernie loved it, and wants to return, as do we ! Thank you Connor and Megan

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was brilliant in central Brighton, but far enough away from the main road, noise and bustle of Brighton in a quiet residential area. The lounge was airy and very well appointed with comfy sofa/chairs and a great size TV. The kitchen was excellent, bright and clean and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was big and the shower had a good pressure. Lots of towels and toiletries to use. The bedroom had loads of hanging space and a big chest of drawers and a chair - all the comforts you need. The very large bed was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It had a mattress topper and I've not slept that well for ages - like sleeping on a cloud. We didn't get to use the outside area, but very private with garden furniture if you wanted. We'd certainly come back again and would highly recommend this apartment. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Nicky
