Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East York

Such a great spot in Toronto! Very close to the streetcar and great restaurants along with being in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and especially the private deck!

James's responsiveness to our questions and overall asks made us feel at home and very welcome. It was a great place near a train station and many accessible places to explore. While there was construction going around, the location was very vibrant and had a lot of charm! Loved the place!!

We stayed at Brett’s place in August. I’m from Toronto but needed a base while visiting from the UK as a family of 5. Great amenities in the home and surrounding area. Easy transport links and a great splash pad 5 minutes from the house. Brett was both friendly and responsive throughout and I’d highly recommend, especially to families as it’s move-in ready for both toddlers and young children.

Amy’s place was great - there were three of us and the space was plenty. It was clean and new, so easy to find and so easy for us who had a car in Toronto which is usually very difficult to accommodate for! Amy went above and beyond to accommodate us - I had meant to book a day later than I actually did, and on the day of check-out (which I thought wasn’t until the next day), Amy was kind and understanding when I explained the situation, and I was able to extend my stay. Above else, the place is in a beautiful neighbourhood and made the most peaceful home as we toured all around Toronto

Easy check-in, was given the option to check in early. Quick communication with host. Right on the valley / taylor creek trail. Accommodated our dogs well and very friendly neighborhood/neighbors.

This basement apartment is perfectly placed to access all of what Toronto has to offer. It’s only a few minutes from Pape Subway and Danforth Avenue with its great restaurants, shops and bars. It was easy to find with clear instructions and the hosts were in regular touch to make sure everything was in order. The facilities were good with a large sitting room and a big tv with Prime to relax with. The bedroom is a little tight but we got used to that fairly quickly. All in all it was a very good experience staying there and I would definitely use it again if it was available.

Elisabeth's space was incredible! The location was perfect, super walkable to the surrounding Leslieville neighborhood and an easy train ride to downtown. The beds we the most comfortable we had ever experienced in an Airbnb anywhere in the world - such a luxury after long days of exploring. 10/10 would recommend staying with Elisabeth when you are in Toronto!

Host was responsive to our messages, location was easy to find and in a great location for what we needed. Space was well appointed (even though we only used it for sleeping) and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed for our quick trip to the Toronto area. Transit was readily available via bus. The space was comfy, cozy, and clean! Trains pass by fairly closely but we didn't find that it was too loud. There are also grocery stores and food options nearby, within walking distance in case you forgot something for your trip or need to grab a bite. Overall, great stay and very happy with choosing this listing!

Great stay . Quiet, cozy, clean and everything we needed. Location and parking a bonus. Jonathan accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Weather didn’t permit us using the nice outdoor space but we hope to visit again.

Conveniently located, very clean, and well organized place with a full range of amenities for our short stay. Everything was as described and instructions for checking in, staying and checking out were clear. Would stay again in we needed something in the area.

My second visit to David's pad, and loved it just as much as the first time! A perfect space for my work-related stays in Toronto, with a great table to both work and eat at, as well as an immensely comfortable bed AND big couch for lounging. I love the decor, and this time I got the chance to appreciate how nicely cool it is on those steamy Toronto summer (or late spring) days. Very handy for great food and other shopping, restaurants of all kinds, but tucked away in a private and quiet corner of the neighbourhood. Very close to TTC options as well, another bonus for getting to meetings in different parts of the city. My favourite TO home-from-home!

Amir’s place is a great spot to stay in Toronto — very clean, quiet, and equipped with everything you need, even for a long-term stay. During the stay, Amir checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. The place feels secure and is located in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication, quick responses, and very open and helpful. Highly recommend!

Host is nice, responsive and helpful. Gives you all info as needed. Location is good for accessing public transport. Place was clean and neat. Overall good stay experience and hospitality.

place is quite walkable. even so quiet area.

Mehrdads condo was perfect for us. The view from the balcony, the proximity for bars and restaurants the CN tower and aquarium. Ten minute walk to union street train station. The condo was comfortable and well furnished and we felt very settled as soon as we moved in. Communication and entry on arrival was hassle free. Would totally recommend !

Andrews Place is perfect for a solo traveler. The property is clean, private, and offers excellent transport access to very interesting places. You can catch a direct bus from Toronto YYZ Airport with no need to change buses, and it's just less than a 10-minute walk to the property from the bus stop. It was truly great value for money.

Very nice spot. Go Train is very close. Only takes 1 train to get to downtown. Many restaurants around and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Parking garage is super great considering how difficult it is finding parking in the region. Great all around experience. Would recommend !

Sooji & Jung were excellent hosts. The apartment albeit a little small was suitable for us as we were out most of the days. It’s centrally located in a very safe area. The only drawback we encountered was the lack of drawers to put clothes etc in. For longer stays drawers would be ideal. Any questions were answered promptly & accurately. Shops cafes & restaurants are on your doorstep. The aspect from the higher floor was excellent. I would recommend if a stay in a central location is wanted. Maybe a little more expensive than it should be but it’s a great place to stay.

Andrew was a great host and his apartment was very comfortable for my stay there with my daughter. The neighborhood is nice and central with lots of great restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It is just a short walk to the University of Toronto . It was easy to take the train or Uber from there . I would definitely book with Andrew again. Thank you Andrew and your team.
