House holiday rentals in East York

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Trisha was super responsive, empathetic & at our service. I booked this for a girls trip for my bachelorette. She left cute little gifts for us on the beds & in the bathrooms like a bride-to-be sash and relaxation items (face masks, epsom salt, etc.) Immediately after checking in she sent a message welcoming us (it wasn’t an automated message) which was super kind. Any extra items we needed she replied within minutes & offered to bring that very night to which we said it was okay to bring the next day because it was late but she was super on top of it. Master bathroom had heated floors. We are from America & most Canadians in Toronto were mean to us but people around the Airbnb area were kind. I have nothing but good things to say. Great Airbnb with awesome amenities, attentive/empathetic host, great location in Canada within 45 minutes drive of everything we needed to do in Toronto. Would definitely book again!

We had a delightful stay at Jasmine’s place. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. Jasmine was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative, and always ready with helpful replies with my questions. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Angie's house. The place is amazing—clean, bright, and welcoming. The host is incredibly sociable, friendly, positive, helpful, and proactive. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I just want to say thank you!

Meysam’s place was a great fit for our large group. The location was convenient for getting around, and the house offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space to cook and hang out together, and the hot tub was a nice feature. Overall, a solid spot for a group getaway.

Awesome 👌 property with above average amenities and spa style options available; the hotubs alone were top notch, clean, hot and easy to use. The house itself was beautiful, well laid out and very clean. anither great property if anyone is looking to be in the mix of it all plus having the extras in your own back yard.

We had a great time at Bessa’s. The house was beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

What an absolute gem of a house! I felt right at home and so relaxed with the cherry tree blooming in the back yard. Kathleen added thoughtful details and helpful instructions. The house was within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafes and shops.

Garth’s place was comfortable and convenient. The place was very well set up with everything I could need. Close to a subway and stores. I appreciated the laundry room and the price amount for a private space.

It was a good stay for the price. The host lives upstairs, they were respectful and very quite during night time. Don’t try to open the windows or the curtains using the strings, they are difficult to operate. The local is air conditionned.

Such a great spot in Toronto! Very close to the streetcar and great restaurants along with being in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and especially the private deck!

We stayed at Brett’s place in August. I’m from Toronto but needed a base while visiting from the UK as a family of 5. Great amenities in the home and surrounding area. Easy transport links and a great splash pad 5 minutes from the house. Brett was both friendly and responsive throughout and I’d highly recommend, especially to families as it’s move-in ready for both toddlers and young children.

We loved our stay. We were visiting our family and grandchildren and it was conveniently situated and a very bright, spacious and comfortable bungalow with open plan layout of dining kitchen and lounge, overlooking the creek and on an attractive quiet tree lined street. Very comfy beds and sofas and well equipped, and accurately described. There was lots of storage. off road parking space very handy for family visits. Very responsive, and helpful host. Great access to Danforth and shops and the metro, and the beaches, via a frequent bus service, and trams into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Kevin was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay. He went above and beyond with help with our 9 month old by having a pack and play, a baby tub and a high chair. The home is new looks and feels like it making the stay enjoyable.

Elisabeth's space was incredible! The location was perfect, super walkable to the surrounding Leslieville neighborhood and an easy train ride to downtown. The beds we the most comfortable we had ever experienced in an Airbnb anywhere in the world - such a luxury after long days of exploring. 10/10 would recommend staying with Elisabeth when you are in Toronto!

Perfect Home for a Group Stay We were a group of nine, and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The layout was spacious and well thought out, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The house was beautifully appointed and exceeded our expectations in every way—from the amenities to the cleanliness. The location was also ideal, with easy access to downtown and everything we needed close by. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly a 5-star experience. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Stojan’s place is a peaceful oasis in the midst of the city. It’s located on a quiet street. His home has beautiful gardens. The apartment is spacious with big windows and lots of natural light. It’s exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable and the cotton sheets feel luxurious. It’s quiet and cozy. Stojan is a remarkable host who made me and my husband very welcome. He is warm, caring and full of life. We ended the last night of our stay sitting with him by the pond in his garden, drinking tea, talking and laughing. I definitely recommend Stojan’s place.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had—if not the best. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This stay was pure magic. Immaculate, modern, and full of charm—every detail was thoughtful, every corner spotless. The shower felt like a 5-star spa, and the backyard, surrounded by trees, was peaceful, serene, and grounding. Just 10 min walk or 5 min jog to the beach, and walking distance to amazing cafés, restaurants, and downtown. But what truly made this special were the hosts, Ann and Ciara. I sat outside and chatted with Ann—she’s the kind of person who instantly makes you feel welcome. Warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely lovely. With everything going on in the world, this place was a breath of fresh air. A real community, kids playing, neighbors chatting—it felt like a scene out of a Hallmark movie. No hotel can touch this. I left feeling lighter, restored, and already planning to return. If you’re lucky enough to see it available, don’t hesitate. This is the spot.

Really enjoyed staying here. The space was super cheap and exactly as advertised, bright and cheery. Outside garden, water fountain and seating area with bbq was a little oasis. Neighbourhood was great too, super quiet.

A lovely place to relax in after exploring the city. Two separate bedrooms, equipped kitchen, and comfy couch help you feel at home. Clear instructions and super fast communication make this a great find in TO

Susan was an excellent host. She very responsive, friendly, and an excellent neighbourhood guide. Her home is thoughtfully desgined, with incredible art and furnishings, and perfectly located in the heart of Leslieville. It was a fantastic place to relax at the end of each day - we can't wait for our next stay!
