Holiday rentals with a patio in East York

I loved my experience here! I was here for the Toronto Eras Tour by Taylor Swift and was very happy to find a reasonably priced, adorable AirBNB in a very convenient location. The public transport was outside the front door as well as shops and restaurants, but the nighttime was quiet and peaceful. I felt perfectly safe being out at night even as a solo female traveler. My host was so responsive and made sure my experience was as smooth as could be which I’m incredibly grateful for. I will absolutely be staying again when I visit Toronto and highly recommend to anyone else wanting to visit this amazing city!

We had a great stay. There were the normal things that make it good, like location and cleanliness, but the little things made this great. Instructions were easy to follow, free parking spot, and never having to wait for an elevator to name a few. My best downtown Toronto stay so far.

The moment we opened the door, we were absolutely stunned - it was way beyond our expectations. The place is so cozy and inviting, with well-arranged furniture, cute decorative paintings, and little details that make it feel like home. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. This apartment was really nice. It was very clean and spacious. Michael is very laid back and chill, so he was very easy to talk to. He was very quick to respond to my questions and was very helpful. Due to my lack of knowledge on Toronto geography, the apartment was quite a bit further from downtown Toronto than I expected. It takes about 20-30 to get to downtown Toronto if you're driving, about an hour by transit. So I recommend adding 15-20 minutes to your travel time, as Toronto traffic can be really insane at times. I would highly recommend staying in this quaint, and cozy apartment. The host is amazing, and it's a great space especially for the price.

Karen’s home is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated — we felt at home the moment we arrived. Everything was spotlessly clean, including kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole space felt calm and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet Greektown’s restaurants, shops, and subway are just a short walk away. A perfect base — we’d gladly stay again.

We really enjoy our stay. It was perfect for our needs, gated back yard for dogs and a 8 minute walk to the off leash dog area / walking trails/ Sherwood Park. 20 minute walk to the Sunnybrook Hospital (which was the reason for our stay.) Close to drug and grocery store and easy free parking. Will be back

Loved our stay here!! The only feedback I had is about the pillows and waterdowned soap but overall amazing stay! Pillows felt cheap and make some of our groups necks hurt so I would suggest maybe bringing a pillow from home. Came with 4 others for the Taylor swift concert. The place was huge with two living rooms areas that could accommodate for everyone. Super clean and renters are quick to respond to any messages. Will be jack in Toronto soon and hopefully this place is available!!!

Nima’s place was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Brand new fully renovated felt like a high-end hotel. All the appliances were amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The space for my family was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at Julie, who is the property manager is the best I’ve ever dealt with response time is amazing and I’ve never met a more proactive host who cared about their client stay the way that Julie did. No question was too much. No request couldn’t be handled. I would highly recommend to anyone they stay at this location.

My mom and I stayed here to visit Toronto for the first time. There was plenty to do around town, as well as easy transportation into downtown. This place was perfect for our stay and we had a great time! I highly recommend staying with Maher as he is a wonderful host !

this was our first experience with Airbnb and I must say, it was a great 1st time! Jason was very helpful & easy to communicate with. The residence was very clean & looked just like the photos. The location is everything! there is so much to do all around and having this location close by was so convenient ( having my 3 kids around ) and so much fun. I will definitely be coming back if available!

One is always wary of booking online. However, Alyssa’s quick responses to our questions and clear instructions regarding our check-in lowered our concerns. This included photos of the location of the lock box along with codes. While the building was busy the room was quiet. We were very pleased and will book again with her.
