Extremely easy communication, prompt and precise. Location is good, very close to shops. Place is very clean. Ample parking space at the back. Highly recommended.

Thank you to the host for providing us with such a cosy place to rest. Our children really enjoy the bath tub and the comfortable beds. We are also very touched at how thoughtful the host was as she thought of every small details. We love it here!

It was a very nice place to stay with old world charm crossed with modern upgrades. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for us to spread out as well. Easy walk to food and cafes etc. One of the nicest places I have stayed at. Thanks for providing your home for us hopefully we will stay again in the future. Steve

Rika’s place was wonderful! She’s pretty responsive when needed and would check in with us earlier on during the stay! Her home was very comfortable and very well stocked with all our daily needs - eg. cereal, tea/coffee, fresh towels/blankets and all the cooking utensils we need to feel right at home! Lovely stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay there. The place is very clean and well kept, looks exactly like the pictures shown. The location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other essentials, we had a nice walk after dinner. The host Enzo was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lilian is such a lovely and great host. The room that I rented is spacious enough for one person and very clean, and she provided little things like tissue, towel, and trash bin. It’s like your typical bedroom in your house. The best from it all is the value for money that you get and the superb location. All in all, I will definitely come back to this house if I am solo travelling to Perth again.

Suited our weekend away with our Beagles perfectly. Shops and restaurants were lovely and close, easy to get in and out of. The parks across the road were extensive and beautiful, great for us to easily walk the dogs and a bus stop out the front. We would definitely want to come and stay again.

This property has been great for my business trips. Close to the Albany Hwy strip and public transport. Would stay again.

We stayed with Katie for the last leg of our Perth trip. Had some trouble finding the access cause it was through a small road at the back but after we found it, it was all good and easy. Access to the accommodation is through the garage which you can choose to park your car inside too. The living area is sufficient for a couple, and we love how everything is just there. Katie has also provided lots of snacks and amenities to make us feel at home. She is always responsive through the chat, always appreciate it. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy place!

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

Keisha’s place is exactly as described, peaceful, clean, spacious and the bed is really comfortable. Great value for the area. We loved the Venetian blinds inside and the place is very quiet. Keisha and Jenny were extremely accommodating hosts and went above and beyond to help. We extended by 2 nights. Thanks again for a great stay!

The house was super easy to find, nice and clean. well equipped kitchen was a massive bonus too. Rami made sure the whole check in and out was easy, definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the city 🙏🏻

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
