Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Great location, home owner was super responsive and easy to talk too. Quick walk to Bayswater train station and the Tavern.

Such a warm and welcoming property. Plenty of room with lovely clean rooms, bedding and bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean outside as well. Great locations with 20 mins drive to city. Great family home. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The house is huge and we love the space. It’s a peaceful neighborhood but 5 mins drive to restaurants, supermarkets and other amenities. The kitchen is great and well equipped, dining and living space just right in front of the kitchen, providing a nice layout to hang out together with our travel group of 4 families. Lena has been very responsive on our messages which gives us a peace of mind when we have queries. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we enjoyed the house very much.

Enjoyed our 14 day stay at Fei’s place. We were there for my young sons post op period. The house was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. We were also allowed to have our dogs stay which was convenient and made our time away from home more enjoyable. Although not much space for dogs to run around, there is plenty of parks and walking areas around the house. Fei was highly responsive and was happy to bring us anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for folks with or without dogs. Lovely dog-friendly park just outside gate. Easy walk to beautiful dog beach with another dog friendly park along the way. Very generous easy parking. Lovely fenced area for dog. So many great socialising and dining opportunities super close. Great walking. Just loved it. Comfortable, clean and quiet inside. We had a lovely stay at Villa the Vines. It had everything we needed, and it has been very thoughtfully furnished, with everything in it being high quality and modern. Heather was a lovely host, very responsive to messages and helpful. It is private and peaceful, and was a perfect escape for a couple of nights. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

Staying at many different types of accommodation throughout Australia whilst travelling for work, Maureen's home was extremely well presented and you felt at home the moment you opened the door. All of the furnishing and bedding and linen etc was of great quality and the home was very comfortable. If ever needing to stay in Perth again for more than one person or couple, this is a great option and will always consider re-booking there first. Maureen and her family are very nice and very responsive and were a delight to deal with. Thank you Maureen for such a lovely stay.

Beautiful location. Large spacious home. Private and secure. We had a very comfortable stay. Amaro was really easy and friendly to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We had our dog with us, but unfortunately, there was no grass on the property, so we had to take him on regular walks to pee - that would be the only negative. The dog won't complain, though. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend Amaro's place to others.

Nicole’s place was comfortable and clean, it was a short drive to the beach, shops and local attractions. The pool was a wonderful addition on the hit days we had. It was quiet and private We will be back whenever we are back in Perth

We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s property in Fremantle. Couldn’t have asked for a better location being walking distance to so many places to eat as well as the beautiful South Beach just down the road. Our host was so accommodating and responsive to ensure we had the most comfortable stay possible.

Have to say it was an incredible find ! Lived up to better than our expectations. It was so clean and modern and so cosy on the wet winter nights we had , very comfortable bed and has everything you would need and more ! We loved our stay here and we would highly recommend staying with caprice in her lovely home . We certainly will be returning again

We recently stayed at this two-bedroom apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. Both bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a great night's sleep. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the river and close to the city center. We loved taking strolls by the river and having easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The living area is cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We came back to stay at the guesthouse for a second time - we love it so much! It has such a homely feel and we just felt so comfortable there. The guesthouse is such a lovely space - we particularly love the bedroom with loads of storage and beautiful doors opening into the garden. The garden is such a wonderful addition, completely private with so much space for relaxing and eating. Lee is such a fantastic host - she showed us so much kindness during our stay! We will very happily book to stay again in the future.
