Two Bed Villa, steps to famous cafe and bar strip

East Victoria Park is a vibrant and diverse area, located a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the Perth CBD and home to one of the longest main strips in the Southern Hemisphere, packed with all manner of restaurants, cafes, pubs and retail/grocery stores, within a 3 minute walk from my place. There is also a convenience store, which is a 2 minute walk and open till 11pm. Public transport is also very conveniently located to be able to access many areas of Perth. The appartment is as nice as it looks on the photo's, clean and spacious. There is private parking on the driveway, the kitchen is fully quiped and everything works as it should. Entering is a bit complicated due to the automatic lock and only providing the instructions two hours before check in. Also obtaining the WiFi internet code was inconvenient if you can not scan QR codes (for which you need the WiFi). There is another room rented out in the same appartment, but as they used the kitchen at different times this did not pose a problem. We briefly met the nice co-host.

Lilian is such a lovely and great host. The room that I rented is spacious enough for one person and very clean, and she provided little things like tissue, towel, and trash bin. It’s like your typical bedroom in your house. The best from it all is the value for money that you get and the superb location. All in all, I will definitely come back to this house if I am solo travelling to Perth again.

Robyn and Graham provided a beautiful place to stay that felt safe and welcoming right from the start! Made us feel as if we were at home! Communication was easy and were provided with everything and more throughout our stay. Would highly recommend staying with Robyn and Graham.
