We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

It is a very neat place. Owners provide privacy. Easy Check-in with Code. Basically eveything you need, even Washing machine. Very lovely to find food for breakfast. Comfy bed and nice shower. Relaxing stay after long hike. Can recommend definitly!

Had a lovely weekend full of walking and food. The apartment is lovely and exactly how described. Julie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend if you are going to walk the Seven Sisters. We caught a bus from the town down to Seaford and started walking back from there. We opted for the medium route which took us back to the lovely village of Friston, where we had a couple of well earned beers in the garden of the Tiger Inn. We caught the bus back from there which was really convenient.

Great place for a Brighton escape. Gorgeous location. Flat worked really well for our weekend. View is beautiful.

The annexe was a very comfortable place to stay in Eastbourne. The space was recently updated, very clean, and located on a quiet lane. Parking was on the main street but there was plenty of it and was never a problem.

We had a fantastic few days at Simon's apartment in Brighton. It is the perfect distance from the tourist attractions at the beach/the Laines, the train station and some of the other neighborhoods. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with fun decorative touches. Simon was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Ben’s place was lovely, a great location and very comfortable with everything we needed, and Ben provided lots of useful information about the flat and the area. It was definitely the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve slept in! Ben was a great host and we’d definitely recommend his flat.

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! Myself and my child had the pleasure of staying at Stella's. The property was lovely, clean, peaceful and suited our needs for our time there. Although it's situated on a busy road within TunbridgeWells, no problems with noise from traffic as house is slightly back from road and has a parking space for the property, which was something I required whilst looking at Airbnb's website for the time we required. Town was also a short walk from property. Stella responded to messages quickly, had requested additional bedding as not sharing the bedroom with my child, this was all provided by Stella from the start and included an additional mattress for the sofa bed. During our stay I asked Stella for an additional item and it was bought round to the property later that day. The neighbours were also really nice and helpful. No issues with check in or finding the property as instructions provided were exact. We really enjoyed staying at Stella's place.

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Absolutely superb location and perfect for our family stay by the sea. The beach hut is such a brilliant addition and we loved utilising it as we were lucky with the weather. The house was spotless, comfortable beds and a great layout for families.

Neil & team fulfilled every expectation! He was friendly, flexible with us arriving, and the place was tidy. With everything double locked, we felt secure leaving things unattended in the place while we were gone. The close location of the train station allowed us to roll out of bed and hop on a train quickly as well! When we arrived, he went out of his way to ensure a smooth checkin. Overall, great experience!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spacious, very clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable—everything we were hoping for. We especially loved the outdoor seating area, which got plenty of sun and was perfect for relaxing. Parking was spot on, right outside the property, which made things super easy. The location is excellent too—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was ideal. The host had great communication throughout, which really helped everything go smoothly. This trip was a birthday present for my wife, and it honestly couldn’t have been better—thank you so much!

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.

We stayed here for a week during half term as a family with two children. The flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and felt well looked after with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The hosts were super helpful and communicative prior to staying and throughout. The flat is in a good location, close to the sea and a 20 min walk to the pier or short bus journey, it is on two good bus routes so never had a problem here. There are lots of shops, cafes, bars and short walk away and a lovely bakery close by for breakfast. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Brighton.

This property is a very central location, close to the sea and local amenities. Lots of steps to the living area which kept us fit after a 20 mile trail race! Everything was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfy. We used the hot tub which was a real treat.
