Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Riding of Yorkshire

We had a wonderful time at Holly House. Simon was awesome and extremely helpful. The house was very homely with fresh flowers on the table and super comfortable bed. Walk to shop was handy. Highly Recommend.

The place is gorgeously decorated with everything you need. What made it 5 star were all the little touches, how quickly Stuart and Sharon responded, how clean the place was, the extra little touches that made us feel special, the gorgeous garden and the late check out. We felt so comfortable, we will definitely go back again.

We loved our stay at Sunnyside Barn and would definitely recommend it. Lisa’s house is pristine, stylish, comfortable and lovely to spend time in, with a fantastic garden and patio. (It’s probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in!) The location is great for visiting beaches, seaside towns and places of interest. Lisa was a fabulous and thoughtful host, with lots of helpful advice on local places of interest and good food options. We would highly recommend Sunnyside Barn - what a find!

Graeme has been an ordinary host. Everything was better than expected. He created a very cozy place, where we immediately felt at home. A great place for a stay in York. The home is created with lots of love to details and in walking distance (10min.) to downtown. We had a really good time here. Communication was very easy and helpful.

Absolutely gorgeous place in a great small town. Easy to find, everything you could need supplied, and more! Thoughtful treats left for us and the dog. Very dog friendly. We had a very comfortable stay and if around that way, would definitely stay again.

Silvia made our stay absolutely wonderful. She was very informative from the start. The home was very well maintained, clean and very tidy. We celebrated our anniversary during our stay and the personal added touches made a great start to our weekend away. Very thoughtful! The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The manual was very helpful and listed everything we needed to know about local amenities, aswel as having leaflets on what York had to offer. Would million percent recommend this host and there beautiful home. The home was in a good location and also offered parking. Check in and out was very easy and we had a very lovely time in York thanks to the amazing hosting of Silvia. Don't hesitate to book your stay here. Idyllic four nights in The Shed. Nicola has the property resourced brilliantly and it was easy to feel at home with all the practical information she provided. The location is tranquil-days were spent enjoying the enclosed garden. The property is a nearby drive to a lovely village and market towns or you can venture further to Whitby or Scarborough. Thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home.

Our 3rd time here it’s great ! Ideal to explore East Yorkshire!

lovely apartment, so clean and welcoming. the apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable, everything is in walking distance.

The location is perfect for a short 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. Really easy to find in and check in was straight forward. For people who are looking for something quirky that fits the area that they are visiting, the place is perfect. Be prepared though, the listing states that the house is wonky and low- it certainly is that. Our plans changed and we ended up taking my parents. For people in their late 60s, navigating the stairs was somewhat tricky. Overall a great experience. The only downside for me is that the socialising spaces are quite dark and not very comfortable, but if it’s mainly a base for sleeping then it’s perfect.

Apartment was gorgeous. 3 big bedrooms with tvs. Huge living area with gorgeous kitchen that had everything. 2 modern bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking at back of property big enough for 2 cars. Also an electric charge point if needed. Little court yard area to sit out in when weather nice. Nice park over the road and apartment next to a COOP grocery store. Chinese take away on same road. 15 min walk into York which is easy to walk. Loads of car parks if you prefer to drive. York is well worth a visit. Loads to do and see. Tons of restaurants including a few good traditional Indian/nepalese which didn’t disappoint. We came with our kids age 21 and 15 and two of their friends. Would definitely stay again maybe before Xmas as York is one of the best Xmas markets we’ve been to in the past. Host was responsive and everything about the apartment was perfect. The key lock box made it easy to check in. Would highly recommend we had a great time thank you 🤩

Wonderful apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and nice seating/dining area. Great bathroom. Very close to the York Minster, 10 min walk. Easy self check in instructions. The parking space is a added bonus. Andrew -Pass The Keys was always very informative and if you needed to ask a question it was answered within minutes. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Our stay in York was just what we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and provided a perfect location for visiting York with it being a short walk from the minster and town centre. The entire time Melanie was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide detailed instructions for accessing the flat. Highly recommend this property and the host for a weekend away to explore the city!

Had a lovely stay at Johns. Very responsive with messages - sorry for sending so many 🤦🏻‍♀️ Beds were very comfortable, the additional pint of milk was very thoughtful - didn’t realise it would be there so stopped for our own on the way. Instructions were clear and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore York. Easy, peaceful walk to the city centre. Thanks for having us ! My mum loved her belated Christmas trip.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

10/10 - one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in the last 3 months (out of 15). Ashley has thought of everything and then some! Phone and watch chargers by every bed…A+ for international travelers with hundreds of chords they don’t want to pull out! So many fans in case it’s hot. Super comfy beds. Heated towel racks. Lots of amenities in the shower (and not in this non-eco friendly tiny tubes) And so much to do right outside…if you can get yourself to leave this sweet haven that is! Book this spot!! Before we do again!

A really nice place. Quiet location, which was exactly what we wanted. Very comfortable inside with a garden area that our dog liked a lot. We only stayed one night but would have liked to have stayed longer

Excellent accomodation. Very clean and very well equipped. Peaceful and relaxing setting. Nice pub a few minutes walk away. A great place for a quiet and relaxing break. No hesitation in recommending this accomodation.

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

A beautiful flat in a lovely market town. Thanks to Diane, we were easily able to find our way from the station and drop our bags off a little early so we could start to take advantage of her local recommendations for a spot of lunch, before enjoying a dessert on the terrace. Both the flat and the town were delightful to spend a couple of days in.

Sharon was an ideal host. She was very communicative and sweet. The flat was clean and comfortable and she even put out a bowl with dog food and provided milk when we arrived. It’s easy to see how much thought she has put into to the flat and how much care is put into to maintaining it. We travel to Hull frequently to visit family and this is by far the best air bnb stay we’ve had there. We look forward to booking the flat again soon!

A fantastic location to visit York, with views of the wall as well as York Minster. Accommodation was very good with 10min walk into York for sight seeing and restaurants, would stay here again.
